Werewolf 8 - Day 5 - What is a girl to do?

The Little Group became smaller that day as the sun rose and the impending doom that Little Red had revealed her abilities, she was the next target for the night. Upon the morning, saddened by the sight of little Red's hood slashed to bits and a blood trail leading off into the deep woods, the rest of the group had to get back to town in order to save Little Red's mother.

As the group had gathered to head further back to town, a small cough was heard....


Hey, you?.....sir? you are looking a little pale?....what...whats the matter?


Shouts of concern began to clammer about the people as they all looked onward.


It was apparent the sick relative did not get the medication they needed.












Kyle, Little Red Riding hood had been killed by the wolf and derB the sick relative died of illness.

Depending on Circumstances, this may be the last round.

If another innocent is lynched. It will go in to night phase where the werewolf remaining will need to be careful of their choice to night kill. Also it will depend on the hunter and their choice selection for the out come.

There are too many variables at this point that could happen during the day and night round to gain a solid idea of when a win will occur. However, it could potentially be over this day.

I want a role claim from Cam before anything else happens.

Well, we all knew what was going to happen during the night. Tiff admitted she was a wolf when she got all her votes, Kyle came out as the seer, and derb came out as the sick relative. So no surprise there. We've lost 2 more, and it's basically do or die right now.

Virt to respond: I stated during the last day phase that I wasn't a normal villager. I dunno if you saw that or not. Did you want me to claim a specific role though? I'm gonna go back and review who claimed roles and who didn't.

Cam, I think he means specific role and I'd like you to claim, too. I'd also like Virt to claim.

Yeah at this point there is no point in not having full disclosure I feel. We need to figure out who truly are the complex villagers so they can know not to vote each other at the least, and us true villagers will know that as well.

Well my fear with claiming my role is that a wolf (or other evil) will try to use it against me. Though, of the roles that are left, it's a somewhat safe one to claim. Especially at this stage in the game. So...I'll go ahead.

derB indicated earlier that he suspected me as the hunter. He also pointed out that when the colors question was asked at the beginning of the game, I selected hunter green. This was indeed done for a reason. I am, after all, the hunter.

If I'm taken out by wolf/evils that rally against me for a lynch, I can kill and potentially get an evil. However, I could also lose the game for us by killing another innocent. I don't think the evils are willing to take that chance, making this a fairly safe role to claim right now.

Virt - What I would like to know from you... is why you wanted the round to end so quickly? Why were you pushing it to be ended? We didn't even get to see Kyle's opinions about everyone. Plus what if we got the dice roll where we couldn't talk this round? It is just VERY highly suspicious to me that you were pushing so hard for the round to end, there was NO good reason for it. Only evil would have wanted it to end.. hence why Tiffani killed herself to stop us from collecting more information.

I deliver this ultimatum to the group: Vote for Cam because he's clearly lying - I am the hunter. If you turn it on me, I'll shoot Cam.

I didn't reveal myself yesterday because I was worried the wolves would target me, hoping to accelerate their win. I'm sure that they would have targeted Cam after he claimed to be a non-villager, and the other roles were claimed.

I didn't want a mass reveal yesterday, because I didn't want to lie, but I did for the town's sake so we would definitely survive the night.

But Virt.. it was obviously that they were going to kill Kyle. So nobody had anything to lose by revealing things yesterday. I'm just glad we didn't get the no talking for the dice roll.

Kyle's investigative powers were less important than being forced to lose someone extra, who would most likely end up being a villager. Speeding up Tiffani's boot was necessary - the more discussion and propaganda spread by the wolves, the more they might sway the lynch another way. Had they killed 4 of us last night, which was possible, we would have lost the game.

Therefore, losing Kyle was better than the alternative.

Also, the probability of hitting the no-talk round is unlikely. All but one round we've been rolling normals.

The point at hand is that Cam is a wolf and he needs to be lynched today.

Virt - if you or Cam is evil.. which one of you has to be at this point.. it doesn't mean either of you are the wolf.. it could be enchanter or sorcerer too..

Why didn't you ask these questions last round and try to narrow down all the evil roles then. I don't know why a good role would feel the need to lie or not tell us anything... seems really odd to me.

I wasn't lying to you, unless you're a wolf. I still stand by my proposition that the town was better off with the wolves having less information going into the night round, and thus, holding back on telling the town I am the hunter until today.

Yeah, it really made no sense to me the way you tried to hurry that round up Virt, lol. I would have liked, personally, to hear more propaganda from the wolves because it would have been interesting to see it. You are speaking as if you would have been able to discern who was purveying the propaganda, and that only your personal knowledge was neccesary to be complete.

I'm thinking that you might be a wolf having realized that it is riskier for a bunch of you to be claiming to be "normal" villagers, feels better off attempting to isolate it between you and an innocent, the real hunter, in order to increase the odds of one of you not dying.

The only other thing I can assume is that it's the opposite and it is Cam that is the evil role, which would kinda go along with the oddness of his hesitation until this round, but at the same time, it seems weird to me that you didn't reveal the role, and once again are trying to be very selfish about information streaming. "before anything else happens.", and " had collected the information I needed". Like...you're just a hunter AT BEST, lol. It seems like you're behaving way too bizarrely to be an innocent.

I did try to mention this earlier. The numbers don't add up on Cam's hesitation, which totally contrasts his openness in the first few rounds.

Yeah, he seemed like he was stalling in revealing his role. I want to hear more from Cam.

My guess is the wolves didn't kill me because my role is a double-edged sword. If I die, I could take an evil role with me. They probably didn't want to risk it.

Or...they didn't pick up on my color choice and put it together with my role. The only person that really made a comment about it was the sick villager (derB), and he was obviously an innocent.

I knew this exact thing would happen. Someone would come forward (virt) and claim that they are my role. He's either an evil role trying to get a lynch (which tbh isn't very smart because I'll just turn around and fire), or he's an innocent that has been thinking I was evil and is trying to get a lynch because of that.

The thing about revealing this...it's better to keep it hidden for as long as possible. If the evils don't know they're killing the hunter, it benefits the innocents. Why would they intentionally go after someone that could turn around and kill them? I could have responded to virt by saying something like "Why should I reveal my role?" But that would have made me suspicious and probably gotten me lynched. Honesty is the best policy after all, and I certainly don't want to cast any suspicion (though now apparently I've gained some).

And to Stacie: I was simply checking for who hadn't claimed a role, as those people would be suspicious.
