Werewolf 4: HighRoad Falls Day 1

I think Thian probably figured if he went one round without me and i wasn't killed or lynched then when I came back it would be beyond obvious that I wasn't a wolf since the nighttime actions would've occured without me. I would love to say I have an important role but I don't. I'm nothing, just an active player.
I think a week was given since as soon as the game started, Thian, Jacijs and ??? were going on vacation, it just fit for their schedules as well as time for my internet to be turned back on since the repair man was originally supposed to arrive Thursday but didn't come until Saturday.

I agree with the Admiral that it's very suspicious that the host held up the game for Tiffani.

I don't like using Thian's actions to justify wolfness. That's so unfair.

Thian isn't playing the game, we are. Sure it may be suspicious, but I refuse to base my vote on something like that.

I also didn't like how that happened in the last game either.

If we are protecting people, I'll protect Tiffani!

Having said that, Im going to bed early tonight. I'll check in tomorrow!

I agree with you and I'll protect you just because. As for the vote I am not sure but I am at my sister's in Vancouver BC and I need to get off her computer. I will be traveling all day tomorrow so I'll be checking in late tomorrow night. This is a fun start to this round so I can't wait to be able to read more in this thread. See you all soon!

I think detective work is detective work...I mean...it fuckin' worked like a charm last time. You use what you have, especially so early in the game. It could be entirely wrong, I'm not as confident that she's a wolf, just that she has a major role.

And yeah Tiff, I think much like with the last game, he would have had to hold things up at night and when you got back and then the round continued it would have been really obvious that you were a wolf or whatnot...just like in the last game. Last time it was just a lot more obvious because the Seer was also killed that round so I knew Sean couldn't have been the seer.

I apologize if people don't like this line of thinking and I won't do it again in the future if you all don't want to play that way. I just figure with it being the first round, we could stab about blindly in the dark or have a real reason for wanting to lynch someone.

I just don't like it, and I don't think the game should be played that way. Just my opinion though.

I think it especially doesn't accomplish anything because I'm sure most people are just saving blindly (except for Amanda being spiteful)...and the wolves wouldn't be stupid enough to save each other, so there won't really be any valuable information garnered from it. Then once there's one person left and we 'decide' to lynch them...is everyone going to want to go along with it based on who it is? Will this all be a waste of time? I kinda think so. I still think Tiffani is our best option.

FYI I didn't mean I didn't like your line of thinking, I just didn't think that pointed to Tiffani necessarily being a wolf. I am open to however anyone wants to think. Bring on the theories!

I also don't agree that's good logic to consider someone for lynching. I think he just didn't want to give anything away with any of the roles, so that was the most fair way. I'll protect Termy, I guess.

I definitely am not a wolf and if by chance I survive, I dont' think I'll listen to MoMo like I did last game lol Last time he was smart and figured everyone out; this time he has no clue. That or he's a wolf and taking out as many as he can before he's discovered.

Already with the "Well if he says I'm a wolf, he must be a wolf" I always love that strategy because it points out someone who is desperate not to be found out.

MoMo, the reason I'm not crazy about your theory is that my thinking is, if I was the host, in order to protect the integrity of the game I wouldn't start it until everyone signed in, regardless of roles, starting it early automatically shows that whoever hadn't signed in doesn't have a major role. I think Thian has hosted this enough times not to do that. Which is why I don't agree with that thinking, I mean you could be right but I just don't feel right going with it, I mean every first elimination is hard to do.

As for your thoughts that the wolves wouldn't save each other, they might if it comes down to one of them or someone else being the last one left, but even if they don't, who saved who is always a good thing to keep in mind cause it'll answer some questions along the way, though it won't be clear what the answers are until later we'll get there.

But with all the other people who still aren't going to be here a lot because of vacations...Tiffani was the only one that really mattered to Thian, once she was here we began regardless of everyone else's being around status.

Doug is gone, why don't we stop the game for him?

As for Momo's theory, I don't think Thian waiting for her points to her. He gave us all the option and we were all fine with waiting. No one asked for more time. I am on vacay but was fine with starting whenever because I knew I'd be able to check in now and then. Tiffani could not because she had no internet at all. I believe that was Thian's only motivation in using her as the gauge for when to start the game.

But, Momo - I like your style and enthusiasm!
