Okay, the super-short version is this: it's about two brothers who are looking for the Philosopher's Stone. Doesn't sound very original, I know...buuut, here's the slightly longer, awesome version:

Two young boys aspire to be alchemists, the profession their runaway father kept. Hoping that growing in skill will attract his attention, they become better and better at it. One day their mother dies, and they decide that they are not okay with that, so they try to bring her back to life using alchemy. Problem is they fuck it up real bad, so one brother ends up having his body and soul torn apart, and the other sacrifices his arm and leg to attach the soul to a suit of armor, therefor allowing the bodyless brother to "live."

So now they're on a journey to find the philosopher's stone to give the one brother his body back. That's basically where it starts.



BUT IT'S FUCKING AWESOME.

Oh god, I just noticed that Hulu is beginning to get rid of the older episodes of One Piece. The first seven just went missing. This is horrifying, like something chasing behind me, and I have to keep going faster and faster to avoid it's impending wrath.

HR Block has somehow given me 24 hours of commercial free Hulu, so I guess I know what I'm doing today (sorry Harry Potter).

That's really interesting. I hope that works out as a marketing plan. I mean, because it would be cool if other companies decided to do that one weekends or whatever, because it would certainly give them exposure but I wonder how it will translate to their sales.
