Werewolf 2 - Night 1 - An Unwelcomed Message

The Village of Glenwood was another village just like many in the area, peaceful, scenic and thought to be a
restful village by many travellers that came to the area to trade their goods. Glenwood was home to most villagers.
It was the first town north of Shadowbrooke that travellers would hit on their ventures to larger towns towards the east and west. The only way to get to Glenwood was to travel through the village of Shadowbrooke take the northern path through the thick woods and along a narrow dirt path. It was a frightful travel at night and most would stop in one village before travelling onto the next.

News had spread fast that werewolves have been spotted lurking their way towards the village of Glenwood. This had caused some scares as every villager knew that Shadowbrooke had fallen to the curse of werewolves.

The village of Glenwood was home to many regular villagers who lived their lives toiling away in wood work, farming and as merchants in the village square. They also had a resident Seer who was deemed as a good villager who watched over the safety of the village. Little did the village know of one curse that plagued the village. A Sorcerer, this sorcerer had kept a careful watch on the village of Shadowbrooke and laughed at the demise as the werewolves picked apart the villagers one by one. It was a game perhaps to side with the werewolves maybe the Sorcerer had something in mind to get even with the Seer who was deemed an asset to the village.

The Seer knowing of the evil that already hid within Glenwood created an amulet. This amulet was a blessed token incase of an attack the werewolves would make upon an unsuspecting villager at night. Unfortunately there was only one that the Seer could make. The Seer dropped it off at one of the villagers tiny homes with a note. the note read the following.

"To the tennants of this home. Please cherish this Amulet of Protection, there is doom lingering near by you will need this. In the coming days it will be your responsibilty to pass this on to another home. Becareful for this amulet is weak, if it is not passed on it will be destroyed, if it comes into the hands of evil, it might be destroyed, if it comes in contact with someone who has had it before, it will be destroyed. it might be the only hope this village has if i am not around"

The Seer fled from the home and into the dark it was the Seers fear that the Sorcerer would lure the werewolves into Glenwood to take over the village for themselves.

this is in order of sign in roles have been handed out. No one will get killed this night. The werewolves are travelling to the village of Glenwood and will arrive in the morning for the first lynch.

the amulet of protection is in the hands of one of you currently. You can hold onto this until I ask for you to pass it back to me in pvt message.

Sorcerer PVT me with your choice on who you believe to be the Seer you are on the werewolf team

Seer, PVT me with your choice on who you believe to be a werewolf.

Villagers, It is Dusk right now you may introduce yourselves in this thread and talk, no night time actions are required of you.

The holder of the Amulet of Protection. Keep this on you and keep this secret, you will be safe on Night 2 when the werewolves attack.

Werewolves, you know who you are. It would be wise to get together and speak as a group in PVT or on AIM or MSN for a plan of attack when you are called on Night 2. On night 2, you both must send me a pvt message with the same name of the person you wish to kill. Tonight you will not need anything.

Please note: Roles have been handed out with the honor system in mind. Do not tell anyone player or non player your role, unless the host specifically tells you, you can. I can only do so much damage control for it not to ruin the game.

Once you are killed off during the night, or lynched during the day time rounds. I will ask that you please refrain from speaking within the threads or spoiling stratagies in place. There will be a reunion thread. Points will be awarded, and your personal wins will be accumulated along with like last time MVP and VP awards.

If you are killed off, you will most likely get a pvt message from me with a simple thank you for playing.

you are all apart of a story that begins with you, so participating even if it is minimal will keep the story flowing.

My stratagy to you all, becareful how quickly you nominate and second nominate as once the second nomination is called, that person will be on the lynching block.

All that is required right now is night time actions of the seer and sorcerer which will be done in pvt.

Back in my day, we made fur coats outta werewolf hide. There were werewolves everywhere! Left, right, everywhere you looked! I'm KIND of a big deal when it comes to hunting. Now that a curse is upon Shadowbrooke, and werewolves a running rampant again, I'm hoping to relive the days of old.

Okay I realize I'm new and don't really know most of you guys so it's hard to make a determination as to who is "acting strangely" because for all I know you could all always act this way. I haven't played werewolf but I have played mafia and the general rule of thumb is this: if the game starts with an odd number of players, lynch. If it starts with an even number, don't lynch the first round. The reason is you keep an odd number in the game so when you are at the end it is easier to agree on a lynch with 2/3 players versus 3/4. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, I think we should lynch someone. I don't really know who and I know this is an unpopular position to be in...hopefully it doesn't turn out bad for me later on, but I read last season and I am just going on a hunch.
