To all ILM Players as well as other people here - I know a few of you have said whether you will be playing again or not...

But to ask again - would you play in Season 2 if there was one?

DJ, as much as I love you as a host, I think I am suited better to hosting werewolf and participating in generic games on OP.

there was a reason I quit playing ORG's and I rediscovered it. Mandie and DJ, you did a great job hosting as always.

derB, you did really well.

I'm glad to have talked to a few of you more than I have. Cammerz yur still dah best.

Generally, my votes went to people who I had not really talked to ever, and to people who didn't participate and went inactive so that people who wanted to play could and so the hosts had an active game with people who genuinly wanted to win.

Santos, it is a game, no hard feelings here, the pictures were to rile you up, and it seemed to have worked or at least frustrated you. You did well to get far.

I don't think there is much more to say, but good game to everyone.

hahaha to be fair we didn't talk!!! i dont really think you're a scumbag, I was just mad you threw me in the vault round 1 and thought you/derb were sketchy. And due to you not voting for him that first merged round I had to take a leap and vote for orange peeps! But you seem pretty chill

No, we didn't. I had been asked to join the game multiple times and had rejected the idea but finally caved when they were in need of a filler in the game.

So I decided to join to help Mandie and DJ out. I said I would play but, I think I knew in the back of my mind that there are people who genuinly signed up to play and win.

My mind set was the want to keep people in the game who I have had dealings with on OP, because these people have trusted me in hosting things for them and generally being around the board, interacting with them.

So of course, Donna, Tiffani, Pete, Jordan, derB, Cam, I wanted to see go further.

I know the whole excuse " we never talked" is so cliche, it is the easiest fall back excuse. I've been in ORG's when I was younger and been around Online Survivor pre crash OS2. Then alt and now here, and it is the easiest card to play on people. However, it was an honest reason why I had voted for you. I do apologize it.

I know people are normally nice people.

Since I knew my position of joining as a favour, I wanted to attempt but I didn't want to jeopordize any of those peoples games and throw them into the vault and potentially going further than them.

However, I did want to be active enough to not be completely inactive towards the hosts who put the game together for everyone.

I am definately in the mind set that inactives do not deserve a place in a game, so I am glad I was able to contribute to taking the inactives out so that the rest of the group could play and enjoy the competition.

I am so glad that the picture conversations continued some what after my elimination, that gave me a little chuckle.

That is a little insight to my game play in this game. As for the pictures, it all started with gagalicious, and felt it was funny to get a rise out of people with it.

CONGRATS JORDAN! So glad you and DerB were the final two!

I will also be retiring from games for the foreseeable future. This game was fun to a point, Mandie and DJ, you both were excellent host.

Sorry it seemed like I just gave up when I did but I really wasn't quitting or anything I just gave the only argument I felt I could give that would help my alliance out and it worked as two of them were the final two.

to all the players, it was nice getting to know the few of you I actually talked to, I know it seemed to some of you that I wasn't around much, truth be told my heart wasn't into the game. Santos, I know we only really talked once but I hope to see you around here more. Travis, also hope to see you around here more, though we never really talked at all. To everyone I already knew before the game started, was fun playing with you all

I didn't know what I was getting into having never seen ILM before. I tried to psych myself into this game and a few times it worked, especially after Donna eliminated Thian, I made a big post getting myself all into the game and stuff, but those feelings didn't last. It is why I'm retiring from these type of games.

I also don't think it is fair to the host that my heart wasn't into the game, so Mandie and DJ, sorry about that. I was glad to experience this game and find out what the hype was all about as far as ILM goes.

Thian & Pete - it's one thing to sign up and not do anything at all, it's another to at least try and compete with everybody else. You both did the latter and I can't say I'm disappointed in either of you two. I'm really happy you both chose to play (or in Thian's case I'm glad you were strongarmed into playing :-P) But it was great to see the people that participated in the game make it past those who didn't.

Well...the "inactives" all did post at least once... I think had Cournojo not been eliminated Round 1 he would have gotten a bit farther.

Some quick questions...

Zack, Tiffani - make up or break up? You guys cool with each other and have let water be under the bridge? Or is this catfight still happening?

I gotta agree with Cam as well. I honestly would never have voted for Cam had I known he was going to be eliminated. Did not see that one coming. I honestly had only talked to derB up to that round and would not vote for him due to him being the only one to make an effort to talk to me and then Jordan sent me PM's that round as well telling me that Tiffani and Santos had jumped ship. I didn't wanna believe it at first and refused to vote for Tiffani. (I wanna add though I never made an effort really to talk to anyone except derB, as he was the only one online whenever I came online so therefore he was the only one I talked with).

Jordan - Why DID you eliminate Cournojo Round 1? He was here that round and the others had barely shown up...
Being the first round, there is always a chance any of the inactives can show up a little late. In fact, one did show up briefly for a little bit in the second-third round, but dissappeared again. Though giving late arrivals to the game a chance wasn't my reasoning for voiding Jon's check, I can argue it was fair to void it in order to give others a chance to play the game. The reason I did eliminate cournojo over the inactive was becaue it was a smarter move. Although I trust Jon more than many others in this game, I could not waste my power as Paymaster on a move that does not benefit me or my team, especially when I was unable to be Paymaster again until the rest of my team was team captain.

Yes, Cam left at the beginning of the merge and very much had the potential to go further. But if Cam went any further he would have had such an easy time making finals, so I disagree with everyone when they say Cam was eliminated way before he should have. He was taken out at the perfect time, any later could have been too late. My answer is of course Jon. He was the first to go, but had he stayed could have played important roles in the vaults and challenges. Although, I would definitely not go back and change that decision.

GAME PLAY:
The second I heard about I Love Money applications I freaked and turned into a nerdy, giddy online reality gaming geek. With the exception of poor placings in Survivor: Carmen San Diego and Survivor: Cvilization, it had been years since my last ORG. When I signed up I knew I Love Money could be a dirty game with lots of dirty moves. With I Love Money having no jury I was not afraid to play dirty or unfair as it would not prevent me from winning in the end. This game was perfect for my kind of game play!

As the game started, I immediately went to Zack being my best friend online and told him I wanted to go to the end with him. I knew I needed a sidekick - someone everyone knew I was aligned with so when others needed help they came to me because I potentially had an extra person to vote with us. Also, in case it worked the other way around Zack can argueably be considered a stronger competitor than myself. Therefore, if voted into the vault because of our alliance I'd likely stay and be able to reform. I could trust Zack and knew I could count on him! The only downside with Zack as my sidekick was Cam and Zack are also pretty close. This automatically put Cam on my radar early into the game. Voiding Cam's check would mean Zack's loyalty was soley to me and I would not need to worry about Zack making a decision between the two of us. In exchange for Zack's loyalty, I was ready to do whatever to not only protect myself, but to protect Zack just as much as he was a crucial part of my game.

Going into the first challenge I knew being team leader would put a target on my back, but would also provide a huge advantage to me. Knowing I was not planning to play a clean game, I knew there'd already be a target on my back later down the road anyway. I beat Zack by 1 point (awesome!!) and was not surprised to see Cam come out on top. When Cam made his first pick of Zack to be on the orange team, I could not have been happier. Having my main ally on the opposing team provided me with a safety net during team play. The downside was Zack had a reason to sway Cam's way due to team loyalty. When I made my choices for the blue team, my #1 priority was taking in people who I felt would perceive me as a threat while leaving the people I could trust to end up on orange. I felt I could deal with being voted into the box, but I needed the people I could trust on the orange team to prevent my check from being voided. Ending up on the orange team were several players I felt I could trust: Zack, Donna, and Jon. I was always unsure on Cam, Thian, and Travis' perspective of me and would not have felt the slightest bit comfortable with any of them as Paymaster. Gaga was neutral, but I felt more comofrtable after giving her check to her at the first elimination.

After voiding Jon's check, the blue team lost and were able to get rid of Todd, an inactive. With two inactives, I placed myself in the box with them knowing Zack would not void my check. Also, with Zack's suspicions of Todd being an alias for Deetster, I could not imagine him not voiding Todds check. We said goodbye to Todd and nothing was lost for the blue team or my game. On the blue team, things seemed tight and we we're all about being a team and had vault ceremonies where we agreed on things with not a lot of gameplay involved it seemed. Because our team was so buddy-buddy being in the box this round gave others a reason to volunteer their check in future rounds, hopefully preventing me from going in again for a while. The following rounds Gaga from orange and Kevin from blue were eliminated and again nothing was lost. Although, had Gaga stayed I would have attempted to work together at merge knowing the loyalty she had to orange went away after she was voted into the vault. It was now time to merge!

Going into the merge with two loyal teams tied 5-5 was a scary thing, especially with Zack and Cam still tight. I knew Cam needed to go soon, but there was no way to secure the votes and have it be unanomous without Zack's help since we had lost Tiffani's votes due to her being Paymaster. In the end, I assume Zack was pressured by either myself or Santos into voting for Cam/Travis for the reason that Tiffani would void Zack's check if he was placed in the box. I am not sure what Tiffani would have done to be honest, at this point it was an individual game and we had stopped communicating as much since we didn't have team stuff to discuss. In the end, I did not expect Cam to go over Travis and almost felt guilty afterwards. Cam deserved to make it further, but he's extremely likeable and a dominant player who was sitting in the middle of my game plan! I was happy to see Tiffani void his check for game reasons. I remember after Cam was eliminated Travis upset a few people including myself by calling us fake for telling Cam we were sorry to see him go. This was the first time Travis had spoken to me the entire game and set off a very bad impression. Travis was my main target from this point on.

At this point in the game, I had been talking to derB for a couple rounds but strategy talk got more involved at this stage. He told me about his alliance with Thian, which became apparent when Thian did not vote derB with orange at the previous vault. I suggested a Final 4 with derB/Thian/Zack/Myself which derB and I seemed to be sorta interested in, but I am not sure the interest was there on Thian or Zack's part. Donna won Paymaster the next round and I felt good. I had talked to Donna only a little bit here and there throughout the game when either of us we're worried about being in trouble. We assured eachother we would keep eachother safe, but I knew she had loyalties to others before me. Still, I would accept the protection she was offering for the time being and I gave her mine as well. After she had won Paymaster, derB and I talked and he presented me with his suspicions of Donna, Travis, and Santos working together. Everything pointed to this being the case and at the vault Travis and Santos were voted into the vault joining Thian, as dead last loser. When Donna voided her ex-orange team mate over Santos, the alliance was more apparent than ever. What was worse was not only did Santos jump ship from blue, but Tiffani had as well. At this point, the game drastically changed. We knew something had to be done so we contacted Pete and the game was now 4 on 4.

At the next challenge, my plan was to throw it to make sure someone on the opposing alliance won. This would ensure our alliance had the numbers in the vault to send the other members of their alliance into the box, thus forcing the Paymaster to void a check of one of their own alliance members. The plan seemed too good and that's because it was. This round, the dead last loser was not determined until after the challenge was over. Because of this the risk could not be taken to throw the challenge and I ended up winning it. To make it worse, derB was the dead last loser and I watched as the other two members of my alliance were voted into the vault. The whole thing worked backwards and for the very first time in the game I feared I lost my chance at winning I Love Money. I decided to void Pete's check because I could just tell his heart was not there like derB and Zack had shown in their gameplay. Let me tell everyone though, after a small tiff with Pete a few months back, I was so honored to have his trust and play with him!

The next round Donna won Paymaster and we knew the way things lied the vault would be a tie and she would choose who joined her on the power outing. Zack and derB both tried to persuade Travis to vote with us and Travis seemed to give them an affirmative. Things started to look better, but when Travis voted for derB and Zack to go in the vault I knew Zack was done for. To this day I still will never understand why Tiffani, Santos, and Travis did not vote ME into the vault that round, especially with my alliance with Zack. I guess my plan as having him for my sidekick ended up working out quite well for me after all! Although, I could not get what a really wanted which was a Zack/Jordan finals!

Now it was just derB and I. At this point nearly all hope was gone and I was actually started to imagine Donna or Tiffani winning I Love Money. I had fight in me, though. I brought myself back to the start of the game, I wanted this more than ANYBODY here! The next challenge was Deal or No Deal, possibly the most nerve racking challenge up to this point in the game! Anything could happen, good or bad for anyone. My plan was to just keep going for it until I had no more safety net.. so I did! To my extreme surprise I was able to knock it down to 2 cases remaining including my own. I either had $500,000 or the $1,000,000 and knew Paymaster was mine! Finally some hope. In the end though, I did not get Paymastr! It was derB with $750,000! Our extremely high performance in this challenge gave me all the hope back, there were only 2 more eliminations after to survive until finals! At the vault, I encouraged Santos, Travis, Donna, and Tiffani (the dead last loser) to vote for eachother because voting me into the box only decrease their chances of staying if they go in the box with me. There was no way derB was going to send me home. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the alliance turn on eachother like I wanted because Santos volunteered himself for the box. Like the first and only other time I went in the box, I voted myself. In the end, I knew I should be there watching the power outing to make sure they don't pull anything tricky. The other alliance voted me in the box anyways. In the end, I don't think anyone was suprised to see Tiffani's check voided after her strong performances in earlier challenges.

The next round, it was up to derB and I to win paymaster again to keep us in the game. At this point, the other alliance would have to be REALLY stupid to keep me another round and I'm sure Travis is still there whispering my name in both their ears! The next few rounds, I spent hours and hours in a row dedicated to this game. I spent over 4 hours on the Shop Til You Drop Challenge without a break, staying up til nearly 5am looking for cheaper prices. I also went back through all the challenge data and made an excel sheet with everyone's placings, scores, winners, losers, even going so far as to total all the teams scores and taking notes of the order people did things. I also went back and made an elimination history chart. The only data I was unable to collect was votes from vault ceremonies as they were moved after each round.

Anyways, I ended up winning Shop Til You Drop after spending all that time on it and I really felt I deserved that win more than any other challenge! With derB as the dead last loser, I was very excited to see the other alliance FINALLY turn on eachother, but in the end it was only Travis who turned and voted Donna and Santos into the vault. At the power outing, I really wanted to void both Santos and Donna's check. When I had been fighting so hard to be here and dedicated so much time, I could not understand how neither of them took the 1 minutes it takes to cast a vote. Clearly, neither of them showed they wanted to be here. I knew no one wanted to win like me and that only made me want to win more! I would have been so dissapointed to see someone win who couldn't even care to cast ONE vote to save themself! Donna did herself in as I would have voided Travis' check had he been in the box. This possibly cost Donna the entire game.

The next round was the final paymaster challenge. I knew if I won this challenge, my chance at winning the entire game will increase dramatically! My performance in challenges was greater than others and it was all based on challenges from here on out. I saw the challenge was a word guessing game and I knew I had a good chance at this one if it was anything like Wheel of Fortune. I did end up winning and finally was able to void Travis' check. Although I contemplated voiding Santos check, I thought about who I'd be able to tolerate seeing win this game if it weren't me. DerB definitely, Santos I could say deserves it, but there was nothing Travis had ever done which made me think he deserved to win. Although, Travis and I did start speaking a few days before his elimination and seem to share some interests. If I ever play with Travis in the future, I will be speaking with him a lot sooner in the game than we did this time.

It was now time for the final challenge, posting like a whore! Oh hey, I've won this one before and Cam isn't here to take the gold on it either! We had 24 hours to post. I don't know if derB or Santos did this, or if DJ/Mandie thought of this, but I took down everyone's post count at the start of the challenge. This allowed me to track roughly how many posts they were making in their private journals so I didn't do more work than needed. I posted some that night from my phone while watching TV, but finished the next day when I saw how many posts Santos and derB did. I jut wanted to make sure I had enough to where they won't surpass me last minute if something happened like a computer crash or whatnot. Santos' check was voided after posting the least. derB and I did it! We took out the ENTIRE four person alliance one by one immediately following Zack's elimination. If I could not make it to the end and do that with Zack, there is no one else I would have wanted to do it with than derB! Rich and I never really talked before the game and I never would've imagine us as the final 2 together, but I couldn't be happier! What a great guy, thanks for all the help you provided Rich! I would not have made it to the end without you!

So, DerB and I go into the final challenge and it is just what I expected plus a few extra questions. Luckily my hours of work the week beforehand had paid off as the hosts took away all the game information and left us with just questions on the history of the game. My only worry was DerB was also smart enough to save all this information. At the live revealing, though, derB missed the first question about who won Paymaster the most times. At this point, I knew I won. And in an end score of 25-16, derB's check was officially voided and I became the only player remaining! I WON I LOVE MONEY!!! NO WAYS! More than any other game, I wanted to win I Love Money!! I about shit myself and did not have to play as dirty as I was prepared to! In the end, I don't feel I made a single mistake in my game! I won Paymaster more than any player, the only two times I was voted into the box I had voted myself, I never was the dead last loser, I helped take apart a solid four person alliance by eliminating them back to back to back, and I single-handedly eliminated nearly half of the original orange team by voiding 3 out of their 7 checks.

I honestly floated through this game after merge, I do terrible in challenges that don't involve mind benders or other specific catches, no clue how I made it though being in the strongbox 4 times in 5 rounds, even though Jordan was PM for two of those.

Originally, I had grouped myself with Thian, Pete, Jordan, and though Jordan, Zack. Once Cam and Thian were eliminated, I kinda felt a little screwed, as my idea that Cam was least likely to be voided completely backfired, and I could see strong alliances starting to form in spite of team lines, nothing of which I was entirely sure of. So at that point I kinda just went on autopilot, didn't worry so much about alliances, and talked my way through the game, never really making too much of a splash, but able to read the current of the game from shallower waters.

I seriously thought about saving all the game info, but I took the opposite point of view of Jordan, as in "It is very unlikely the challenge will be like that". I have not seen the show, so in that respect he had the upper hand.

Like I said, I have a really random capacity for doing online challenges. There are others that played a much better game from a challenge point of view, but like way back when I won ARS3 (hehe, arse) I kinda did the same thing, went total Vecepia, and won my place in the game on the social front.

And this is how I stumbled and bumbled my way to trip on my shoelaces short of the finish line, all while adding over 1500 posts to my post count.

Jordan, I was so happy to be able to work with you as well, and so happy you won. I'm also happy you eliminated me over derB and Zack as like you said my heart wasn't in it like it was for them and I just didn't feel right even asking to stay over them for that very reason. Though I didn't want to leave I'm happy I did. It worked out for the best
