WEREWOLF 3 - TIMBER VALLEY - REUNION THREAD

Well here we are at the end of the road.

Finally the villagers have won. There was a lot of stop and start in this game and i really want to thank you all for hanging around and checking the boards frequently.

Please share comments, and ideas, or thoughts in general over the game, theories, high points and low points.

I am going to do something a bit different this time.

I am not going to be handing out points like I did. There were just too many roles.

However I am going to be asking for MVP Votes.

Silly people of course MoMo was a turned wolf.. I guess when you were a wolf with him you kinda get to tell.

Good job villagers! You all did a great job - I'm glad the good guys finally won!!

A few comments - I loved watching the game and obviously some of you were more into it than others. PhocQ was definitely the most entertaining. Momo you did a great job fending them off for so long. I loved the fact that Deet was silenced after he kept telling the Spellcaster who to silence. :p Just found that amusing.

I also was wondering why the villagers just expected the Spellcaster to say who they were after Dogdude lied and claimed the role. That would have been sudden death by wolves so I didn't see the logic behind telling everyone who they were.

And Tiffani, lol. Ms Lycan! I love how you said it was no big deal after I was killed. Of course not, since I would have seen you as a wolf, lol. But haha that you were so nonchalant about it.

I used my power the first night on PhocQ because I figured if he was a wolf he'd play it very smart and may be hard to detect. I found out he wasn't a wolf and then I didn't get anymore chances after that. Thanks Dogdude and whoever that other wolf was who I already forgot about, lol.

Anyway, off to vote. Again, good game!

My one attempt at being smart in this game was just before I silenced Deetster. I figured I might need to lay the foundation to prove I am the spellcaster before someone tried to lynch me for sticking up for momo. lol

So I posted this just before I sent in my spellcaster choice for Day 5.

"That's too bad there, Dogdude. You were a very enjoyable person to have been enlisted in this game. It's too bad we had to stick you in the fire. Two wolves down and now everyone can sleep peacefully tonight, right."

I made the first letter of every 5th word spell Deetster. I figured if I got in trouble I could use it to save my ass, hopefully. But obviously I didn't want anyone to think I was spellcaster unless I had to. One of the reasons I silenced the people I did was to not upset the wolves. lol

hahahaha i was sad you were killed but when i saw you were the seer i was relieved. When i got my role i was like OMFG OMFG I'll be lynched because of the seer!!!!

Yeah if I had lived I may have gotten to you...but I wasn't surprised I was killed. Me and my big mouth always get eaten by the damn wolves, lol.

I'm glad you all believed me when I said I was a villager. It was all too obvious to me that Admiral Momo was a wolf. When he picked the 2 wolves right away, it was too easy for him. Only someone who knew who the wolves were would have known. The people that threw me under the bus "go suck an egg!" The rest of you, thanks for believing me and "You Rock!"

Momo wouldn't have known who the wolves were while he was just cursed. he would only have known after being bitten and turned into a wolf. The first one (I can't remember his name and it's not in this thread so... w/e lol) he figured out by just noticing how he held the game up because he was inactive and Thian couldn't post results until after he sent in his kill (moi). Momo didn't have to be a wolf to do that - and he wasn't one yet. Just a good detective.

I had such faith in him not being the wolf for that reason, but when it came this far and he still wasnt' dead, I figured i'd join the bandwagon and lynch him because there was a pretty damn high chance it was him over anyone else.

I figured it was Donna or Deet for a long time lmfao

I tried to investigate Deet but was killed first, lol.

What happened was exactly that. I noticed about Sean and I had misunderstood what happened to the Cursed. I assumed it was like the tough guy, where like if I was attacked I would turn into a wolf the next night, meaning I would still be a villager the day after and by lynching the second wolf we would win, but that wasn't the case. Because I knew it would be obvious who the second wolf was once we lynched the first because it wasn't just "I think it's this person" it was basically just a logical fact that it was Sean and whomever stood up to that would be suspicious.

Once I was a wolf I wasn't going to try and get Cam lynched but then I thought "Well, it's very obvious that I have been turned into a wolf, so if I go after him, and they lynch me, they probably won't be suspicious of him next." but then Amanda actually lynched him which I did no expect, HAHAHA!

Then after that...I don't know HOW Termy got lynched over me, that was just hysterical.

ALSO, I totally thought Bryan was the hunter, I don't know why, but I was like "never attack Bryan, he will kill you."

Im always just a villager, or at least thats the way it has been in all the games I have played so far lol

I thought it made sense NOT to lynch MoMo the round we lynched Termy so that just in case MoMo wasn't the werewolf, we could get more suspects to lynch based on who was trying the hardest to get him lynched. Termy was suspicious because he was fighting really hard for MoMo to go when we were trying to lynch Cam and didn't let up although it turns out he was right all along...

Glad the villagers won, though! It was fun.

If anyone has an opinion on roles they liked this season let me know for future or if some roles you did not like I will keep it in mind.

Roles in Season 4 potentially depending on how many sign up.

I did not like the idea of the witch and I'm glad we got rid of it. Lycan was a good idea, I liked that a lot, would have come into play more if the seer wasn't killed right away. And gives the werewolves something else in their favor...I felt like things were a little unbalanced especially with the witch AND the hunter.

Cursed also really good idea, HAHA! I just wish I knew it meant I was a werewolf immediately! Tough Guy also good idea.

Hunter didn't come into play and it sounded interesting but it probably would have made people mad when it happened. Anything "instant kill" would probably have upset people when it was carried out.

Also I'm glad Sorcerer is back, that was missed!

I think you should bring back the Lycan, the Tough Guy and the Spellcaster from this season.

I thought this was the first season it wasn't unbalanced. 3 werewolves in a cast of 15 is actually a lot.

I didn't like the witch or hunter role because they can just kill anyone, right? It's a lot of power to give someone - just killing whoever they don't like. I can see people using it personally. I'd much rather have a group decision to lynch where you have to give your reasons.

Spellcaster was a little pointless. I mean, who really cares if you shut someone up? I don't think that really added to finding the wolves - it was just fun seeing who was silenced, and it narrowed down who was not the spellcaster. I think it would be cool to have a spellcaster who could cast a spell to make someone only tell the truth, or only vote "yes" to a lynch, or something like that. Just a thought.

Sorcerer is a good idea but then I don't think there should be 3 wolves. Team Baddie should not have so many people on their side. Villagers are already at a disadvantage not knowing who is attacking them so they need numbers on their side to make it fair.

Lycan was fun since they are really innocent but could be in danger because of the Seer. Except, a selfish Lycan may push for a lynch of the Seer, lol.

I liked the tough guy, too, but maybe they could survive a little longer.

Oh, and what about a nurse? Someone who can save a person each night round?

OO! I like the idea of the nurse, but maybe instead of the tough guy, what the nurse is each round they can pick someone to 'save' in that whomever is attacked will live through the next day and then die like the tough guy would. Then if played right there could always be like a 'tough guy' in the village.
