A few words for all of you.


Birdy - I was glad to see a new face around the message board here. I thought by your posts that you were very good at this game and I want to thank you for signing up. I hope to see you around in future mafia games. You are always welcome here. I am always sad to see new members leave early in games here.

Cam - Mafia killed you on night 1. Your death in the game I think set the stage for the rest of the game. It is always a pleasure having you around. Thanks for playing my game!

Debani - In the end, you cast the deciding vote to lynch Jordan with Donna. Good job on making the right choice for the town!

Donna - Like Debani, you made it to the last day. I hope your luck changes in the future and you get to have a good role some time.

Jordan - The last remaining mafia in the game. You put up a fabulous fight at the end. If I had been in the game, you probably could have fooled me. Thanks for playing and giving mafia a shot again.

Kiwi - I was glad to see you register here and sign up for mafia. I hope you make yourself at home here. I was also glad to see you sign up for Dj's game recently. Thanks for playing.

Kyle - Having played several different games with you myself and worked closely with you, I love to watch you analyze. Thanks for being around here.

Pete - Like Cam and Birdy, you left early in the game. But while you were here, I hope you enjoyed it. Thanks for signing up and I am sure I will see you around!!

Pollux - What a surprise it was to see you sign up! I had mixed feelings when I saw that you were going to be mafia. I know its hard to be mafia but I thought you were doing a great job. Had you and Jordan been able to get the detective out sooner, mafia might have won this game instead of the townies. I hope to see you around in the future, as a player or as a host of mafia. Thanks so much for making an appearance and playing my game. I hope you had some fun killin time!

Stacie - You did a great job at hiding your identity. I think the mafia kept hoping to kill the detective but seemed to just hit innocent townies. With your help the town was able to kill the first mafia member. So props to you!

Detective killed on Night 4 but did investigate Jordan and found him to be guilty.




As I stated at the beginning of the game, I went to random.org and put all 10 of your names in. The first two that came up were assigned mafia and the 3rd person became the detective.

Debani: I've had to bite my tongue until now so I didn't straight up say I was mafia, but with the game now over I have some news for you. You may have been right about one thing (yes I was mafia) but for your information you were COMPLETELY wrong with the other. I did not want to lynch Cam and it was never my idea, Pollux made that decision night one and since I missed day 1 I never had time to defend Cam's position and ask Pollux if he'd want to lynch another individual (*cough* you *cough*) since we had a deadline to meet.

Awesome game and fantastic hosting, Amanda! I have to admit I was very nervous about being mafia when the game first started and I thought for sure thought I would be lynched early on in the game by the town. For the most part I kept quiet during the day phases, chiming in here and there (mostly agreeing or disagreeing with others, never really doing any finger pointing of my own) but always ready to defend myself if needed. I was amazed at how long it took not only for the town to get one of the mafia out, but for us to figure out the detective. Luckily when I lost Pollux to a lynch, Stacie also had to gived up her role but amazingly had not investigated me by this time!! So I did the obvious thing by lynching Stacie and went into the final day with two townies.

Before she was killed, Stacie had announced she had an innocent on Debani so convincing Debani that Donna was the only remaining mafia was my only choice. With Donna being so quiet in the game I didn't have a whole lot of reasons to give for her being mafia so I just had to do what I could to make myself look innocent by defending myself against Debani's comments. I already felt Debani knew I was mafia, but I thought the best way to make me look innocent was by acting super offended by his comments and having the "whatever, lynch me and we BOTH lose" attitude. In the end I was unable to provide any solid reasons for Donna being mafia and my attempts at making myself appear innocent also failed. In the end I think I did the best I could. Thanks Mandie for saying I probably could have fooled you, I was crossing my fingers I could get Debani!

As for our kills, Pollux did most of the strategy behind that and made most of the decisions regarding them. We did discuss one or two kills, but for the most part it was who we felt the town thought was least suspicious.

Great job townies, but especially Stacie, Donna, and Debani who really brought it home for you all!

Thanks for a great game Amanda! Thanks Debani for believing me. I would never consider lynching Cam or Pete at the beginning of the game. You were an awesome Detective Stacie, congrats on a good job! Pollux and Jordan you had us fooled for a long time in the game. Good game guys!

Yay town!!! I wish I could have helped more, but y'know, I died

I was right in thinking that someone that didn't really know me that well killed me. And somewhat right with Jordan (knew I was liked, and killing me would cause commotion) in that he also voted me night one. I know you were crunched for time, but you still voted me instead of a no-kill, haha. Even if it was coincidence with my logic.

Toward the end of the game I was thinking maybe Donna could have killed me, but it seemed too out of character. Though it would have been a great move.

I read the entire game and tried to figure it out myself. I thought it was Debani and Pollux early in the game then thought it was pollux later on but didnt know who else..



i wanna play next time!! i played mafia on ALT years ago and i remember i was one of the mafias and we won but don't remember who was the other mafia as it was soo long ago.. was it dj maybe? do you remember mandie?

Jordan, you put up a helluva fight!!! I did investigate you last, and to my surprise, you were a baddie... lol

Donna, I never once thought you were really a baddie, and I am sorry you haven't gotten a cool role yet. This was my first time to have a cool role, so I hope I did it some justice.

Debani, Wow... you kept us hanging on there til the very end!!! HAHA!! I was checking the board like every five seconds... You chose correctly!!! So glad. I had a feeling you would pick Jordon (call it intuition ), but I was nervous there when you called out Donna!!! lol Great job!

Also, I would like to say to Pete, I was most nervous that I was acting differently since the last Mafia game we played. I knew you would notice, because it's not like me to talk alot and it's not like me to ask so many questions. I had a very hard time coming up with questions. I was hoping you were not a baddie, because I thought if anyone could see through me, it would be you!!!! =) So glad you were a good guy!

Birdy, again, I sincerely apologize for calling you a he. I had never met you before, and I really had no clue. It will never happen again. I only thought you were a baddie, because of the way you accused people so quickly. It would have been great to keep you around longer, but we still won anyway!! Hope to play another game with you soon.

Cam, WTF? Why do you always go home at the beginning of these games? You know I think you're the Cats Meow, and I really hope to play another game with you soon, as well!!!

Kiwi, I thought you were a baddie for the longest time, but I wasn't sure what kind of questions to ask you to help me make my decision. I was sad to find out you were a townie, when you were eliminated.. or whatever it's called.

Kyle, you always ask the best questions... I think you would make the best detective. I tried to analyze everything you would post, but obviously I am no good at that. I did investigate you at one point, and found you innocent, so I stayed off your back through the rest of the game. I just wanted to see who you were leaning more towards, and then bam, you were gone. =( I do enjoy playing these games with you!

Pollux... oh Pollux. First of all, I am sorry for outing you the way I did. I wasn't sure when to come out and say I was the detective, so when Debani called me on it, I had only investigated you at that point (as mafia.. didn't know about Jordon). I know it's how the game is played, but I still felt bad. It's got to be hard enough to have a baddie role, and then have someone call you on it. I thought for sure you were gonna reverse and say, "No I am the detective and Stacie is Mafia" but you didn't. Thanks!! It would have been hard to defend my case.

Thanks Amanda for hosting the game and giving me my first real role ever!!! Or Random.org did, but still!!! I really enjoyed it and it's fun to see these games from a different perspective!!

this game was crazy. I've followed along since I was murdered lol

My thoughts:

Day 2 I stated that I had a feeling I knew who the detective was. I was thinking it was Debani honestly. I also felt that Pollux was someone worth looking into and would have been who I suggested the next day so it was good to take me out that night.

However, Mafia made two major mistakes that I think cost them the game. Killing Cam night one proved Donna wasn't Mafia. I was 100% positive she was not mafia and so when it came down to either her or Jordan. I think I would have started the final round voting Jordan. I've also played with both of them a lot more than Debani so I would see that better than he would.

I wanna add, I think that going after Jordan and making claims that he was slimy and stuff to take out Cam first because he is so lovable, I would have taken Cam out first if I felt it was the smartest move. This game isn't about keeping who everyone likes when you are mafia, it is about taking out the smartest players immediately, and eliminating them in an order that keeps suspicion off of you and onto others. Like I said though, mafia messed up cause they kept Donna in and eliminated Cam first. It was a dead giveaway.

I cannot wait for the next game, I had a blast in the beginning and really enjoyed following along afterwards. Jordan and Pollux, other than Cam first and never killing Donna, you did a great job!!!

Stacie, amazing job as detective. Honestly I did feel you were innocent, but not the detective. I just felt Debani had to be detective the way he acted day one and two lmao. I was obviously wrong.

Ugh, man, the entire Cam debacle drove me crazy. Literally, the only thing I was thinking about when killing people was "I want to kill the Detective." That's it. I had no idea all this touchy-feely 'I'm friends with Cam' stuff would come into play. And worse, I didn't think it would actually be accepted as proper arguments for who was and wasn't scum! Like, this was a completely new style of play to me because the people I used to play with always used logic and stuff when deciding on who was and wasn't scum. This was more Survivor as a game of Mafia. If I had know this was how people were going to react, I would have killed off somebody else on Day One. But seriously, the only reason I thought of killing Cam was because I thought he was playing Detective-like. No other reason, Jordan seriously didn't have any input. He hadn't shown up yet, so I sent him a message saying "If you get this, vote Cam because that's who I think is most likely the Detective."

I was just facepalming every time Debani said "This looks like a Jordan move" because it wasn't. Seriously, betrayal of friends in mafia? I took out my best friend Night One in another game because I knew he'd be able to identify me as a mafia quicker than everyone else. It's just...GAH! Mind-boggling!

Stacie, honestly, you did a great job as the Detective, I never suspected it was you (dammit). I considered trying to get in an argument with you saying I was the Detective and you were lying, but since Donna had jumped so quickly onto voting for me, I figured a drawn out argument would only make it more obvious that Jordan was the other mafia. So I kept my mouth shut and hoped Jordan could talk his way out of it with Debani, since Donna had been mostly quiet with just one-sentence posts for most of the game.

I'm just, ugh, I'm still over the moon at how some people played this game. Everything I said in my rants I would have said as a townsperson or a mafia, so it wasn't like I was stretching the truth anyway. It shows that I was completely new to this group because you guys clearly have knowledge of how other people play and how people react and stuff.

This was really fun, though. Glad to have participated.

Awesome Pollux... I hope to play many a more games with you!! I think you play well!! =)
