Werewolf 2 - Night 2 - With Breath Held

GLENWOOD NIGHT 2: WITH BREATH HELD

The sun beat down on the tiny village of Glenwood the villagers had started getting ready for their first
lynching to rid of the beasts within the group. It was really a daunting situation to have to kill villagers
that have co-exsisted with each other for decades but it was about time the people of Glenwood felt safe
to roam the village paths at night.

With intent in his eye and a direction of moving forward Dogdude directs himself to the town meeting,
werewolves were amongst them all. He wrapped his fingers around his trusty rifle and strapped it to his
back for quick access. Entering into the opened area the villagers stood waiting for everyone to arrive.
"Hey everyone" Dogdude spoke to the entire group "Lets be wary of those that haven't spoken yet". His gaze
casted against the group the night before some of the villagers were quiet. It could have meant they were hiding
their true identity and keeping to themselves.

Caligula had been one of the quiet ones from the day before. News of the werewolves arrival struck chords differently
in everyone. Some to the point of sheer terror and quietness. Feeling a bit guilty for having been quiet Caligula
had been called out for the lack of words shared the night before. "Hey all, sorry for the quietness, glad to see everyone."
He paused just briefly "despite the circumstances".

Vastfanatic took her turn to speak to the group, she had been watching people carefully from the back of the group.
Trying to pick up on anyones behaviour and feeling slightly paranoid herself she pushed her way to the foreground
to speak. "Hopefully I won't get killed" Her fingers clasped around each other as she held her two hands up towards
her heart as if to protect herself from invisible daggers. She hid amongst the group again trying to fade into the
background as to not place a target on her head.

Kenya had been amongst the group it seemed for a while. She had made herself comfortable as she scanned the group
with a distant look. Most of the group had spoke up, but had had inwardly thought why the group had been quiet. Her
void look quickly vanished as she opened her mouth to talk. "It's nice of those that just started speaking to join us"
Her voice had a slight hint of nerves mixed with pleasantries. She took to greeting each person by a slight glance
and a passing smile. Happy enough with the slight chatter while the group settled she fell back into the crowd.

Alexander The Great stood beside Vastfanatic and placed an arm around her shoulder, comforting her gently and nodded
in agreeance. "It wasn't the best experience having villagers turn on me with accusations." He furrowed his brow and
grazed his fingers against his lip in thought. "I won't be bluring out random nominations thats for sure". His hand
removed from Vastfanatics shoulder as a few people bumped into him from behind. The group was getting larger and more
people had come in to the gathering.

A tired young man entered into the group indeed it was Pete, he had been working long hours in the sun and had been
exhausted. Wiping the sweat from his forehead and giving his arms a shake. "Hey everyone, sorry I haven't really been
around much" His arms stretched infront of him as he clasped his hands together and cracked his knuckles "I've been working quite a lot and am usually tired." He took in a deep breath and let the air escape his lungs. "With these werewolves about, I haven't been in a real social mood, but I am here now, how is everyone?" With his explanation finished he moved intothe group and took his place.

FaWa spoke with determination "Hey guys. I am not being the last to know of whats going on nor do I intend to be first
to be lynched" FaWa trembled slightly. "I won't be making nominations or votes until we talk a lot more". Fawa gazed
over the group to make sure it was heard and accepted by all.

Leaning against the rifle by his side, Dogdude caught the eyes of a few of the villagers that had come around. Greeting
them all he checks his gun with a good once over. "Good to see more faces" A little coy grin crossed his face. Perhaps
the more people that showed up, the better the killing spree would be. After studying the group for a moment he speaks up
once again. "So, how are we gonna decide this?" He took a glance to Kenya, and then back over to the group. Uncertain of anyones intention he had found himself grasping for suggestions. "Spin the rifle anyone?"

Hearing Dogdudes suggestion, kenya was taken back her mouth dropped slightly as her fingers drew to her lip she spoke
through a covered mouth. "That sounds scary"

The professor had watched the greetings casually and agreed to one thing. No rash decision making. His hand flew up
as he pointed towards himself. "I am obviously not a good person to nominate people. I would say just don't nominate
Bryan, as I do think he has some appeal to this group". He gave an ambiguos smile towards Bryan and fell back into
the group chatter.

Vastfanatic started to reason with the group. "I would say no to a lynch I am sure everyone will say yes. Everyone
seems to do the opposite of what I think" Her evil eye casted across the group.

Kenya had overheard Vastfanatics words and retorted back "Guess they don't agree with you, some people are just greedy"

Dogdude had listened to the professor and he too gazed over bryan for a little minute longer than normal. "His ancestor
was a wolf, but that wouldn't make him one would it?" A quizzical look broke over Dogdudes face as he motioned towards
a picture of a moon, seeing nothing happen his thoughts turned inward. "thats how it works, right?". Frusterated
at the fact that nothing occured he put the picture of the moon away.

Kenya, dogdude, professor momo and bryan had stood huddled in a small group searching Bryan's body for any sign of
werewolf hair. As certain areas of skin were exposed the group began to understand it might have been the perverted
minds of the professor to reveal as much skin as possible to see who would make the better corpse.

As the group began to admire bodyparts more Dogdude cut to the chase quickly. He pulled away from the group to make a
small speech "So...I kinda wanna get a nomination going, but also kinda don't wanna throw out a name because then everyone will be all like OMG HE'S ACCUSING, HE MUST BE A WEREWOLF LET'S LYNCH HIM AND HIS FURRY ASS SELF BECAUSE I BET HE HAS FUR HE'S JUST NOT SHOWING IT YET BECAUSE IT'S NOT NIGHT TIME AND HE'S GOING TO KILL US IF WE DON'T LYNCH HIM SO LET'S LYNCH HIM AND GET IT OVER WITH AND I LIKE TALKING LOUDLY". What seemed to be a long winded speech was exactly what everyone in the village was thinking. Not to be the first one to make any attempts at nominating.

kenya's face grew shocked again at another outburst from what seemed to be an uncontrolled state Dogdude had emmerged from. "Who do you have in mind?"

dogdude retorted "no one yet"

Jacijs had been present in the group carefully collecting information as best as anyone could given the circumstances.
"I realize i am new and don't really know most of you guys" He continued as he approached the group "It is hard to make
any decision on who is acting strangely, because for all I know you could always act this way." He paused infront of
everyone to take their presence in before proceeding. "I may not have been in this village for as long as some, but I do know that we need to lynch someone. We do not want the killers to gain a numbers advantage over us and towards the end the village can survive if there are 2 or 3 villagers left as opposed to 3 or 4 villagers. I hope that makes sense.
With that said, I am going to nominate Alexander" He waited for any interjections but non were made. "Nothing personal alexander. I tihnk you're great". Jacijs smiled in hopes to ease the nomination suggestion out.

As the group tried to figure out where the best place to start nominating was Caligula and Dogdude both agreed. One, that
no one could be sure of exactly who was a werewolf in disguise and two, who would nominate another person or second even another nomination. It seemed the town was thinking, of course. however, they were nervous to select the wrong option. The debates got stronger as no decisions were being made just yet.

The Professor took another stand in hopes that people would start the day time meeting after a bit of shenanigans that
had occured earlier that day. "Okay, well I guess Alexanders name is put out there." He continued to explain. "Before
anyone seconds that nomination, let sean defend himself so we do not have to waste to much time." He looked over to alexander whose name was nominated and gave a thoughtful look. "I for one would not second it myself because like with Bryan, I peeked at him just a few moments earlier and noticed no hair, but we do need to get this meeting started, Alexander, defend yourself now."

Alexander jumped out of his skin as he yelled "EEK, Don't lynch me! I am no wolf, let me live!" His hands slapped
his chest as he continued to speak. "We don't want to make a rash mistake this time!"

Jacijs interrupted almost immediately "Guys, I explained why I think we need to lynch soon. Just siting around letting
the werewolves pick us off and doing nothing, isn't helping anyone. If someone has another name, lets hear it" Jacijs
seemed a little fed up with the stalling as he continued. "I am not going to just sit here afraid to make a move because
I don't want to be realitated against. We are a group and we aer working together to get rid of the werewolves amongst us. caligula hearing Jacijs chimed in. "We do still have people who have yet to talk with us. That is who I would want to
target" He casted his stare towards the silent people who seemed to just show up for no reason other than to be present.

Kenya nodded towards caligula in agreeance as vastfanatic allowed the village to decide who it would be as she would go
along easily with the decisions made. Vastfanatic was a figure head of the village, and being diplomatic was where her
stance was in most situations.

Jacijs continued on with the theory. "Well i would like some discussion on who is suspicious or not. I must agree though
people who have not said anything as of yet are not contributing. It really is a group effort more than about protecting
yourself. I understand relucance to nominate first, but watching doesn't help us at all. we do not need to give the werewolves an advantage."

The day grew on as the discussion of the importance to lynch carried over to convince everyone that it was okay to suggest someone, it had to start some where. The trees shuddered in the wind as it picked up slightly. The villagers that had not contributed much up to this point were FaWa, DJ ((Kah-hoo-foo)) and Pete. The Professor looked them over quickly and advised the group that DJ ((Kah-hoo-foo)) and Pete were highly more suspicious as FaWa could be a rash decision in lynching. Caligula having heard enough piped up. "I would consider seconding a nomination of Pete if someone initiated it, although I do wish to hear more peoples please thoughts and behaviors."

Bryan stepped along side Caligula "I agree, both of you speak up". The conversations moved on and on FaWa and Pete
rose from their silence stating that they should not be lynched and agreeing at this point it is just a shot in the dark
and they both did not want to be wrong when they nominated anyone. It came with a reward if they chose correctly.
However the risks were high at this point and one wrong move could mean two villagers were out.

Jacijs had removed his nomination from alexander the great and casted a finger towards DJ ((kah - hoo - foo)) "For
reasons stated before, and not really contributing to the group, I am nominating DJ."

Dogdude had started growing tired of the mess of discussions going on. "One thing was for sure anyone who pushes a nomination would have a target on their back due to werewolves needing the villagers out and as quickly as possible to. Caligula has been pushing for people to nominate the ones who have been quiet, we do not have to lynch anyone but he's pushing the issue to lynch. That must be a werewolf instinct"

Jacijs threw a hand in fursteration. "You have got it all backwards dogdude. Why are you keeping people who don't speak up?" Jacijs moved towards Dogdude "They are not helping us at all, they are either werewolves who don't want to cause commotion or they are just coasting. Either way, it isn't helping us. It isn't helping the town at all. your nomination Dogdude of caligulia is very very suspicious"

FaWa, hearing enough knew it was now or never. "I am seconding the lynch of caligula. I agree with everytihng that was said we are shooting in the dark anyone could be the werewolf at this point."

With fawa speaking up, the group parted away from Caligula, singling him out from the pack. He felt like an outsider
as he rose to his defense. "Well, i am a villager, anyone who knows me and my innocent self, can realize I am not
someone who should be lynched. Anyone who can see this will not be receiving a nomination from me for a long time.
In addition, I should add, it would be the wolves that would want to get out people who are pushing people to lynch. That way they can just go through the game eating everyone off, while no one else is pushing or being active."

Still addressing Jacijs, Dogdude continued. "werewolves could be some of the more active people in the game. Saying nothing is suspicious, saying too much is suspicious."

Caligula's statement was made as everyone began their voting to lynch or not.

Dogdude had spoke. "I vote yes to lynch, we could be at this for hours just arguing opposite sides but it will not amount to anything. I am sticking my neck out by going after someone i believe to be a werewolf. If it comes back to bite me, so be it. I was tired of nothing happening. i just didn't feel like khufu was a wolf, maybe he is who knows though, it is too early."

Bryan stood up now "I am going to go ahead and vote yes to lynching. someone needs to go even if it is random"

Jacijs agreed with Caligula's defense and voted "I totally agree with this reasoning and don't see anything caligula
has done to warrent his nomination. I vote NO to lynching".

Alexander spoke up. "Personally, anyone with dog in their name sounds wolfie to me. I do cherish you around Caligula. I do not think he is the wolf, but maybe the sorcerer. I am going to vote yes! Sorry"

Kenya voted. "I'm so confused at this point on what to do and I am in pain. I just got back from the hospital. I am
going to have to go with the flow here and vote yes, I am sorry Caligula"

Kah-hoo-foo voted: "I am going to vote not to lynch"

Pete voted: "I am going to regret this as I did last time. I vote not to lynch Caligula. I just dont' really feel that it is the
best move right now."

Vastfanatic voted: "No is my vote"

With 4 votes to lynch and 4 votes not to lynch. The town was certainly divided. Two more votes needed to come in
from the professor and fawa.

The professor spoke: "Well, I feel like this is a stupid reason as I kind of don't know what people are thinking here.
Everyones all "The werewolf as to be inactive, active. I was all for voting a quiet person honestly. Now that I see
it is just FaWa and myself to vote. I am giong to vote Yes to lynch. It is obvious since FaWa seconded the nomination that FaWa will vote yes to lynch, if I vote no it will be a tie and that just seems a defeated nomination round."

Seeing a last minute ability to continue a defense and hopefully rally some people by his side Caligula pleaded with
the group. I see, well anyone can change there votes if they still want to until fawa does speaks up Thank you to those
who voted no and kinda realize the reasoning didn't make much sense. If I do survive I definaetly won't be nominating
or voting for any of you who understand the concept that we have to lynch people who want to target people who are active. These people are to look out for, why be against active people who want to lynch"

After hearing Caligula's last minute defense, it was too late. FaWa spoke up "I vote to lynch Caligula"

The group had turned on Caligula, moving in on their target, Caligula let out a scream of terror as his body was tortured
and then killed, the group moved away from their target to find that Caligula was. . . .


























A simple villager

The night turned quickly into chaos as everyone hurried back towards their homes.

It is night time now ladies and gentlemen.

VILLAGERS: No action is required of you.

SEER: I need you to pvt me who you suspect is a werewolf.

AMULET HOLDER: Keep this tonight, you may need it. Tomorrow night you will pass it on to someone else

SORCERER: I need you to pvt me who you believe is the Seer.

WEREWOLVES: I need you to pvt me who you want to kill tonight. PVT messages all must match on your victim or you will be unsuccessful

Oh and by the way people. if you are truly paying attention to this game and I end up being killed during this nighttime period then you should probably lynch dogdude and whoever ignored basic logic and decided to go along with the lynch of Caligula. Since I can't speak when I'm dead then I have to say it now. Hopefully it's unnecessary but don't make me say "I told you so" again at the end of the game.

There was basically no logic at the start of the game. We had no way of knowing who was a werewolf in round 1. Unless the seer got lucky and guessed a werewolf.

Please stop going against me here. It could have been anyone that prodded to lynch a particular person. You even threw a name out too, but I became "unpopular" because I threw one out after you.

We can't be turning on each other this early in the game. We need to figure things out a bit more. Yes, I know we "have" to turn on each other to lynch, but get off my back. Damn.

Btw I'm not after you because I'm pretty sure you're a townie. So don't go after me. However, if you lynch me, you'll be lynching yet another townie.
