Book club maybe?

You know what would be fun.. making our own like book club type of thing..

Maybe coming up with a list of books that people that like to read that
are apart of this site.. could all read and then we could all discuss
it after a given amount of time.. that could be fun? Maybe a book a
month? Just depends on what everyone agrees to?

What does everyone think of that?

I'm in as long as they are books I can find at a library, I'm a poor college student :D

I would do a book club...though I'd bail on months that I didn't want to read the book, HAHAHA, I know that's not the point of a Book Club, I would TRY but I couldn't make a promise. But we should set that up, I bet a bunch of us would at least try.

I'm sure everyone likes different kinds of books lol so how do you go about deciding something like that

WELL. We can first figure out who wants to be in the book club and then maybe randomly pick an 'order' or something where for each book a different person picks. So that way everyone gets a chance to share something that they would like to read.

I'm in! :D As long as they're famous books. The town in England that I'm moving to is really small, so I'll have to take my chances at their public library, lol. And being originally from a relatively small town, I know how hard it is to find obscure books!

I'm totally going to read Bram Stoker's Dracula once I go home and get my book [I brought it at Borders a while ago when it was in the discount section but didn't read it] and I think it would be sweet for other people to read it with me since apparently its very different for different people.

But. I dont know when I'm going to be going home again.

I was traumatized by the Wishbone episode, when I was 5.

That book though is amazing. I think I've read it 5 times for various classes.

We should plan to start this like next month or something. Or maybe in June so that people in school have their finals over with. Then we could get a few solid months of it in before school starts and people have to abandon it again, HAHA!

Does anyone else want to be a part.......I mean at the very least you can always sign up and not read if you don't want to, I mean, we aren't going to be Nazis about it, obviously, because then we'd be burning books instead of reading them.

I'm game for any book! It would just be exciting to at least try it out and possibly motivate each other to read it so we can all discuss it. That would be fun
