IC 1 (part 2) A Wonder To Behold Empty
PostSubject: IC 1 (part 2) A Wonder To Behold   IC 1 (part 2) A Wonder To Behold EmptyWed Apr 21, 2010 8:00 pm

Although your tribes have been divided chronologically by the Eras of your leaders, we will still begin the game in the distant past. For your first tribal challenge you will be constructing great monuments of the Ancient Era.

ANTIQUUS will be constructing the HANGING GARDENS:

IC 1 (part 2) A Wonder To Behold 2mm8ha0

NOVUS will be constructing THE GREAT WALL

IC 1 (part 2) A Wonder To Behold 1zn7w94

Constructing these incredible Wonders will take alot of patience, persistence, and teamwork, but a timely completion will secure your tribe's place in history and surely foretell of the glory you have yet to achieve.

Each Wonder will take 2000 stone to complete.

Collecting stone, however, is a group effort, and the more that are working on it at once the faster the collecting takes place.

The first player to post will begin a thread in your TRIBE FORUM entitled "IC 1 part 2."

To collect stone, simply post in that thread "(Your Leader name) collects stone."

The catch is that each player may only post once within a 30 minute timespan, but multiple players posting at exactly the same time will result in additional stone collected for the tribe.

If 1 player posts they collect 10 stone. However, if 2 players post at the same time, 25 stone is collected. If three players post at the same time, 50 stone is collected, such that

1 player = 10 stone
2 players = 25 stone
3 players = 50 stone
4 players = 75 stone
5 players = 100 stone
6 players = 125 stone
7 players = 150 stone
8 players = 200 stoine
9 players = 250 stone
10 players = 500 stone

Only posts made at exactly the same time will count as multiple stone gatherings. If you are just 1 minute off it will not count towards the group.

NOTE: Unlike your Journals, you may edit and delete posts made in your tribe forum. If someone messes up and the group wants to try for a better stone count, you may delete your posts and try again. However, your posting restriction will match your last post so make sure you follow these instructions properly!

It is possible that your tribe could complete this challenge in 2 hours, but chances are this challenge will take some time so planning is crucial.

The first tribe to complete their wonder will secure immunity, sending the other to Tribal Council.

If this challenge reaches the 48 hour mark, whichever tribe to get the closest to finishing will win.

Furthermore, a special reward will be given to the player on the winning tribe who contributes the most individual stone towards their wonder's completion (a tie in this regard will be handled at that time). Each player's total contribution will be revealed with results.

It will be announced to all when the first wonder has been completed once we are around to see it and can deliver the news.

The challenge begins now. Survivors READY? GO!!!

For whomever starts the post, you may post immediately after. You do not have to wait 30 minutes after opening the thread.

Any post after that your 30 minutes-between-post restriction still applies
