I'm a restless sleeper...

I'm such a restless sleeper that I actually pulled 23495734 muscles in my sleep. I've had a hot water bottle on my back/neck/shoulders for the past hour and a half, and I'm still in so much paaaaain.

I hate when you get a neck cramp in the morning. Takes like 1-2 days for mine to go away usually.

I hate those >.<

I've never had something like this before though. I was in that half-sleep mode, and I vaguely remember rolling over, and just feeling everything HURT. I wake up sore a lot, since I roll around so much, but two and a half hours later, and my back is still throbbing.

I want those straps on my bed, to strap myself still, like I'm crazy. I'm almost 20, and I still fall out of the bed like, once a week, lol. I have a queen sized bed too!

Note to self: Do not buy Jess a bunk bed for her birthday.

Hahahaha, last year, I had to FIGHT my roommate to have the bottom bunk. I knew I'd fall out.
