Werewolf 3 Timber Valley Night 2: One Drunk Ahead, Two Marshmallows Behind


Timber Valley had known of the terror that had entered their village the night prior. The Seer was the first to warn of Timber Valley to prepare for the worst come sunrise. As the villagers settled into their beds the night sky overhead sparkled with twinkle of stars bedded over the hillside valley.

Below was the target of the werewolves, the sleepy little village full of many different characters. Branches in nearby trees cracked and bent with the weight of the werewolves trekking within the wooded shadows. Timber Valley was just in sight, as expected a long low howl and then another.

Two werewolves entered the village, awakening the Seer from slumber. The Seer gazed out of the window to spy of any movement during the night. As the evening pushed on and the night, the village although not rested, awoke early to start their daunting first meeting



Pete had pushed the doors to his tiny village home open and headed towards the village center. “Good Morning everyone; where do we start?” His eagerness and nervousness was just a hint above normal as the group gathered.


Deetster hearing a stir woke up and he too joined the little gathering of timber valley. “Good morning all, I guess for now we can just, get reacquainted with each other and get a feel for each other” His voice was of reason, it was too early in the day to make a hasty decision

Mandie had overheard Deester speak and without a word she moved in close to get a little feel of what Deetster had to offer. In disappointment she moved away from him, not finding any useful amulets, money or valuables on his possession.

]Dj had greeted the troupe with a slight wave he seemed distracted with the scenery yet kept a careful ear out to what everyone was saying in the group.

Dogdude84 had looked over the group muttering to himself “I’m not going to get myself killed over these werewolves, at least I will try not to” A little frustrated in himself he closed his eyes and hoped for the best turn out possible which was to lynch a werewolf.

Mandie after she had moved away from Deetster and muttered to herself “Damn these werewolves, they better not be after me!” She moved into the group more to get a better understanding of who was saying what


Jacijs had moved from her village home just as the discussions were taking place. As the group paused in silence her voice interrupted the party gathered. “Okay, I’ll just state that I think we should lynch someone and I think we should look hardest at the people who seem to be going with the flow of the majority. It can’t help to chat for a while so we can deduce who might be suspicious” Her eyes looked up to the sky as the sun slowly crawled across. “We don’t really have much day light so we don’t have all day” She paused, “Or do we?”


Hearing Jacijs take the stand Mandie had rallied to her side in a bizarre form of excitement. “I’M ALL FOR IT WENCHES!” Her maniac cackle shred through the village center like a whirl wind of twisted humor. Slinking up beside Jacijs she eyed the young woman and spoke quietly to her face “So, who do we lynch first?”

Jacijs took one look at the crazed Mandie pausing for a moment to get a good feel for the woman who now stood almost on top of her “Mandie” she gave an approved nod “ you’re my kind of girl”.

As they both stood together Mandie spoke as she rubbed her hands together “I can be evil, if I need to be.”


DJ watching the two women converse decided it was time to speak up. “I must agree, Not lynching gets us no where” He raised both of his hands ontop of his head resting them there. “No free passes for anyone”


Mandie had moved away from Jacijs almost in an instant as she spoke “At least we are agreeing to lynch” She eyed a few villagers before speaking up once more. “Now, WHO do we lynch?”

Dogdude84 had not heard what was going on, his hand rummaged through a bag of marshmallows which were dropped flat on the ground by his feet as if he was startled by his own shadow. Looking towards Mandie who was now eye to eye, face to face, breathing creepily Dogdude backed away from the bag of marshmallows as Mandie rummaged through the delicious gelatin sugar puffs that were now covered in ants and sand.


"YOU MONKEY” mandie had looked at the bag of marshmallows and then back towards dogdude, upset that he had dropped the meal on the ground.

]PhocQ had looked at the bag of marshmallows Mandie was mourning over then towards the group. “So long as it isn’t me, I am down with a good lynching” He nodded in agreement. Pushing mandie aside he salvaged what he could from the bag of marshmallows. “Do we like, do a full out tie them to the stake and burn them sort of thing?” He had tried to remember how the village used to lynch in past his voice trailed off, as he looked in at the 5 marshmallows that were left in the bag. “Is it ok to roast these, or would it be insensitive?”


Dogdude had spoke to PhocQ “If we are going to make a fire anyway, no sense in letting it be used only to burn people” He triumphantly grabbed the bag of 5 marshmallows and shouted “I SECOND THE NOMINATION FOR MARSHMALLOWS!” Throwing a fist up into the air the bag dangled in a mangled mess of pity.

Mandie stared angrily at the ants who had claimed her meal of sugar, gutted at the demise of the white pillows of non nutritious value, something burned inside her as the ants mocked her and the sand caked onto the outside of the pure white goodness that was. She hadn’t moved an inch from the ones that had dropped from the bag. She finally looked up anger in her eyes and a fire in her throat. “I’ll BRING the marshmallows”. She had nabbed the pitiful bag from Dogdudes grasp.


Dogdude not getting in the way of what was left spoke “So that’s 2 votes for marshmallows”

Brant had ignored the ruckus over the marshmallows to get everyone back on track instead of the demise of the now dirt ridden marshmallows. “Yes, I don’t see a lot that we can base our nominations to lynch on this first day. “ He shook his head in puzzlement. “There’s a huge amount of luck and randomness involved, but I do agree we need to lynch someone to help our chances. “ Logically speaking he continued his thought process to the group “If we say we’re picking nominations based on some criteria, the wolves will likely not follow that criteria, at least not yet. It makes this really tricky”


Jacijs who had become enthralled with the antics involved with the bag of marshmallows turned now in agreement. “Brant, you seem very logical, who would you suggest?”

The conversation picked up as Brant responded back. “Right now, I have no idea” He looked across at Mandie who was now trying to pick the ants off of the marshmallows and put them back in the bag with the others. He looked towards Dogdude who now was hovering over Mandie almost encouraging her. Brant sighed slightly “I think we need more time for everyone to say something before we just throw out a name. Although, I think that is what we’re going to have to do eventually, just pick a name.” He had now turned away from the antics and faced Jacijs. “Like PhocQ said, i'll be down with lynching anyone this first round as long as it isn’t me, but I think we should at least give everyone a chance to talk first."


The Admiral Mo had heard what was going on and chimed in. “I was going to the same kind of things. To look for people going with the flow to avoid suspicion and I do agree on a lynch” he spoke up quite loud. “Mandie, did you find the amulet in Deetsters pocket?” Mandie had now turned around with marshmallow bits on her face and sand wiped on her lip. She shook her head no as the Admiral shook his head in dismay. “Focus, we need to coordinate better”


Jacijs had chuckled slightly towards The Admirals disappointment and continued. “I think we will probably develop our own way of wolf hunting, it is not like they are going to have already thought about a strategy. Sliding under the radar is a classic opening and talking about it isn’t really going to make a difference, they will blend in, I am sure”

Termy had finally come to the meeting in the village center, he had took a look at the people who he had lived with and grown accustomed to seeing. “Guys, how are we going to do this? There are 15 of us and among these people are werewolves.” I trust everyone of you, you really are all my friends, we live in this village together and of course we do not want to see anyone die in vain” He had called to the werewolves in the group. “Come out, just come out and say what you are, we are your friends, we can help you…help us….help you, I swear we can work together” His eyes were slightly wild in hopes that the tactic would work.


As Termy spoke, Kenya brightly interrupted and sprung forth with determination. “I am voting for those damn marshmallows! They are so tasty” She looked over at the bag of ants, sand, marshmallow and mandie and frowned. “Who let her get to them first” Sighing Kenya continued. “Now to do some wolf hunting, who is with me?” She looked towards the path that led to Glenwood “ Why did the sorcerer not come with these werewolves, it doesn’t make sense, wouldn’t it make the lynchings, so why is the sorcerer not around?” She stopped her speech as Termy moved up beside Kenya. “Hey termy, maybe we’ll have to look closely at that wolf poop over there. The one that phocQ discovered and almost stepped on last night” She laughed.


Termy looked towards Kenya with an evil eye. “Kenya, if only we have the technology to do that, it would make it easier. We must trap the werewolves with our minds. It happened to Shadowbrook, and Glenwood Village, we must unite!”

Kenya glared at the poop on the ground. Casting a gaze to PhocQ she spoke “Well, PhocQ seems to know who was having corn on the cob. Why don’t we ask him?”

Termy looked at Kenya for a moment and spoke “Tell me more of your theory on PhocQ and that?” He pointed to the poop “Do you think he. . .” His voice trailed off to think some “Well, do you think he had anything to do with that?” He stopped as he watched the bag of marshmallows “I believe those would have been good by the fire as a past time, we could have enjoyed those tonight”

Bryan had finally made it around to the group ignoring the group with the marshmallows. “Sorry I have not been around, since no one has died or been lynched, anyone got any good theories yet? By the way, I am innocent” He did a spot check to see who was around and listening.


Jacijs had an idea and so the risk set in. “I want an opinion on something so I am going to just go ahead, this isn’t anything personal.” She looked over the group. “Pete has been a little confused recently and quiet, its starting to look a little suspicious, I mean he seems to be convinced easily of things and a wishy washy person might hinder our groups efforts. I am going to have to nominate Pete”


As Jacijs had spoke the nomination, Pete staggered up towards Jacijs. “Who’s you think you is you’re just mad, you don’t smells like popcorn” Jacijs was taken back by the words that had stumbled out of Pete’s mouth. Pete continued “I go away fer one sec, and you’re all on me like mandie is with the bag of sandwiches, I say we don’t lynch nothing n we wait around fer something so we can base it on nothing something err. “ His eyes were unfocused as he clung onto Jacijs shoulder.


Deetsters face quirked up. “What the….” Dumbfounded and lost Deetser spoke “I’m just going to second nominate Pete, his words are not making sense and Mandie was definitely eating sandy marshmallows, not sandwiches I’m just going to see where this goes before I actually make my vote to lynch him or not”


The mob grabbed Pete’s arms as his dusty jacket moved the sound of a bottle clanged against his belt, a large bottle of ale dropped by his feet. “Yur all a bunch of cakes…. I mean fakes….makin mistakes forgoodness sake” He slurred slightly and staggered in the grip of the people who held him. “I ain’t no wolf n I certainly ain’t gonna waste my times on you all fer nuthin but lies n bullyin, ya big son’s of horsebull”

Belasen had been a late riser as he entered into the scene and smelt the alcohol off Pete “good morning, already a lynching I see, I was ready for it…but not anymore” Belasen had stepped out of the way of pete.

Pete spoke up. “that’s what yur mother said last night” his head tilted back as he laughed and then staggered forward trying to grab at Belasens shirt “tell her…I says thanks”…..

Tiffani and DragonLady had come onto the scene and both agreed this was too much, and a frightful lynching indeed.

The Admiral approached Pete and Belasen, slapping Pete’s hand away he spoke to the group. “This is just nonsense, he’s a drunk we don’t even know what side he’s on, he could be one of them for all we know. I am going to vote yes to lynch Pete.

Dogdude spoke. “I feel bad for Pete, what happened that got him this way, Id rather nominate the bag of marshmallows that were destroyed, but sadly, I am going to have to vote yes to lynch pete”

A tear rolled down the cheek of the Admiral… “I am going to have to vote for the marshmallows as well”

]Brant sadly agreed on the marshmallows too, if one would listen hard enough Taps could be heard some where in the minds of the villagers, brant continued “I am going to have to say yes to lynch as well, sorry Pete, I don’t’ agree 100 percent, but I do agree someone has to be lynched”

Jacijs quickly joined the others and voted yes to lynch Pete as well, digging her hands into her pockets, she pulled out some melted chocolate that stuck to her fingers, and crumbly bits of graham cracker.

]Pete began to rage in the arms of the villagers. “THAT BOTTLES NOT MINE, I swear it “ he hiccupped and tilted his stance to hold himself steady. “Someone put it there n it was there, so I took it n was gonna put it down but I fell..n when I woke up it was gone…..I tells ya one thing, I wasn’t thirsty after” He shook his head and burped.

The village decided in majority that it was time to end the nonsense and put the village drunk to the flames. As the body of Pete was lifted a small sheet floated to the ground before them as Pete’s body burnt and screams from the drunk could be heard.


]Picking it up, the village discovered it was a spell book. . . .

SpellCaster - Send me a Pvt on who you wish to silence for the full day period on day 2 ((you do not have to use this power if you do not wish to just let me know))
Werewolves - Send me a pvt on who you wish to kill, remember PVT me with the same name, otherwise your kill will fail.

Not that broken up about it.

Not because it's Pete, just because the witch role made me nervous anyway. The last thing we needed was for someone to be "positive" that someone was a wolf and cast death on them only to have it be a villager.'

I could see where it would be useful, but it just made me nervous.
