That the Judy Garland Show was still aired in re-runs. That show was just a work of AWKWARD art.
Is it just me or is this one of the most awkward things you've ever seen. I mean, the host can't seem to talk to the guest and an audience member takes the whole thing over.

That was total awk-town! I loved it. "You sure you don't want my tea? Nobody takes my tea..."

How can you not know about the Judy Garland Show and be a gay?

I'm such a failure of a gay. It's not even funny sometimes.

Wow, that all JUST happened. Nice. It felt like hearing an old person tell a story that you just can't quite grasp.

I've never heard of this show.
But that was just a fucking mess.
What was that?
No, seriously, what was that?
Judy Garland was still alive in the 60s?
Barbara Streisand was alive in the 60s? I thought she just immaculately appeared, like Jesus or something. But you could totally tell she thought the other two were batshit crazy and she was not feelin' it. True signs of the diva to come.
But what was that? Why was Ethel Merman just IN the audience? Why? Was that part of the shtick?
Why were they singing There's No Business Like Show Business? What?
Why was Judy trying to push her tea on everyone?

She really seemed hurt no one wanted her tea. I'm glad you finally watched it DJ, I was waiting, HAHAHA! I know, you could see how uncomfortable Barbara was it was hilarious. I don't think Ethel being there was part of the schtick because you could see Judy Garland just freak out about it as though she REALLY didn't know.

It was just so weird, she just started singing...and then the spotlight was on her, and it was just so weird.
And then Ethel kept talking about how she was at a Red Skelton show and Judy had no idea what she was talking about...years of drug use really messed her up.
