I drove to Mexico with my bestfriend in his Jetta in 1996. Saw S. Padre for the first time too and cried lol.

Started dating my hubby that year.

so I'm officially single now, 2nd serious relationship ever and both only lasted 3 months, I suck lmao, but the one good thing is that I'm still friends with him and maybe in the future things can work out, but it still sucks at the same time

thanks Mandie, I plan on not giving up but I'm also not looking right now. I need to take care of other things right now (mainly myself) that its just too much trying to be in a relationship right now. I think it was the best decision I could have made and I'm glad he understood that, at least he seemed to.

oh I was joking about the I suck comment, it was mainly said because both relationships ended around 3 months and I am the one who ended it both times, sorta. It was hard cause a part of me didn't wanna break up but then a part of me felt I had too. I wanted it to be over but not yet type of deal, but it would have been unfair to him for me to keep it going, knowing I wanted to end it sooner rather than later.

I'm handling it better now though, dealing with some other things now that are far more important

Plus the guys and Boston suck... talk about slim pickings.

My kitten ate a rubber bracelet today. And he's getting fat. His nick name is Sir Tubs-A-Lot.

I kept the homeless cat that I found a month or so ago. Yesterday, he had surgery, got neutered, declawed and vaccinated. I changed his name from Cairo, to Perry. I named him Perry after Perry Farrell. Awwwww cuteness.

I've been working at Toys R Us since this past June and realized something today.

My boss is bullying me. Every chance she gets she insults me, treats me as if I'm stupid by repeating things to be incessantly, and has me as the only person who gets trash and carriages out of everyone in the store, even when someone else volunteers she still makes me do it.

The biggest problem with this: She is the store manager. I don't know what to do about this. I am looking for another job but it took my 6 months to find this job and I don't want to go without a job again. I'm so frustrated and want to find a way to take action against her if there is a way I can in order to get this to stop.

Tonight was especially bad, prior to coming into work I got a phone call from my ex telling me that something really bad had happened to a mutual friend and I was really upset over it. So dealing with that on top of dealing with the other crap going on in my life, I have to deal with this childish bull. I wanted so badly to walk out today as I felt so terrible but I knew if I did I'd be screwed. so frustrated!!!

Do you have a number to Human Resources? I work in retail too, and they take harassment seriously. Even if you call in to file a complaint there is a no retaliation policy, meaning that people cannot single you out for calling HR on someone. If you really feel like she is picking on you, call them up.

I don't have the number but I am going to look into it to see if I can get the number. I'm just really frustrated with the whole thing cause she is the store manager, there is no one in the store I can talk to without threat of her finding out and I feel as though she will fire me the first chance she gets.

I hope I can find a new job quickly but I also wanna take care of this cause I don't want her to be able to keep doing this to other people

Okay, no more Time Warner Cable. After that shit where they left me with no tv and no internet for 96 hours, I was determined to get out from under them. AT&T came out today and installed AT&T Uverse. Cable in both rooms, can record up to 4 shows at once, I can watch from any tv in my apartment, and my internet is just as fast as it was with Time Warner. All in all, I win!!

this has been such an emotional weekend for me. I posted on Facebook but most of my friends didn't even see it so don't know if anyone here saw it or not but my grandfather passed away around 1am Saturday morning. Tomorrow morning is the funeral and wake. So I might end up not being online to update a few things and stuff, just so everyone knows.

I've been trying to keep myself occupied since Saturday to keep my mind off of it but it hasn't been easy. I know tomorrow is going to be when it all really hits me as there will be nothing to keep my mind off of the loss. I'm gonna be with my family most of the day and will try and come online afterwards but I don't know, to be honest it isn't the #1 priority to me. I hope you all understand.

Pete. I will say a little prayer for you tomorrow. Going through both my Granny and my Grandpa's funerals a little over two months apart was one of the hardest things I've gone through. Don't worry about us.. we'll all still be here. You do what you gotta do!!

thank you Stacie. It was a hard wake and funeral. I cried a bit but honestly not as much as I thought I would as I thought I wouldn't be able to control myself but I was able to stop myself from really crying and while I did cry, I kept it together.

After the wake and funeral I went to my aunts house and spent time with family. Saw my dad, my aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. Even saw my favorite Aunt from when I was a kid that I haven't seen since I was like 7 or 8 (she's an aunt through marriage and my uncle and her got divorced around then). It was nice seeing the family. Also learned that my grandfather had kept fighting for my family but passed after my grandmother told him it was okay to let go, cause she knew he was in pain and there was no getting over it.

I'm gonna miss him so much I can't even really describe how much, but I know that he is no longer in pain. He's at peace finally and is reunited with those he loved that we've lost in the past. Knowing all this honestly made it a lot easier.
