I'm watching it, although I tivo'd tonights show, so I haven't seen it yet, although I love Vicci Martinez, love Javier...

I've been watching this on and off...I think the right choices were made tonight (minus one) but the judges are kinda too "oh everybody is super awesome" - they are - but giving the contestants each 50 points is sorta defeating the purpose.

I think it would be interesting if they got it down to 12-16 people and then did a single elimination format, that's very Idol but it would give us some more time with the contestants than chopping the field in half every week, too.

I loove Frenchie, but was happy with Beverly advancing too.

I like almost everyone in the top 8 but my favorite four were Vicci, Nakia, Frenchie and Beverly, therefore no matter what I was not gonna be happy with the results. I think that Beverly or Vicci is going to win the whole thing but I can see Javier doing well as well. I do like Dia also but just don't feel she is going to get more votes than the other three.

I agree with you Pete.. I don't think Dia will fare as well as the others. However, I'm not a fan of Nakia! Beverly or Javier... WOOT!

I agree with this, it feels like the build up to the live shows lasted a lot longer than the actual live shows, which I believe they did. Hopefully the second season will be better

Anyone watching the second season?

I've been watching it but I think I'm getting a bit on the bored side with singing comps (AI and this). I'm gonna watch both cause of how much I love music but I hope this weeks battle rounds kick it up a notch. Hopefully good people make it through and not a lot of good ones get eliminated.

I'm watching it, but don't watch American Idol so it isn't getting boring for me yet. Although I am glad the auditions for over and the battle rounds are starting because those were some of the best performances last year!

yeah I really liked the battle rounds last year so hoping this years are as good if not better! Cannot wait for tomorrow night. As we get to know the singers more we can discuss who we like and don't like. I know there was a guy from MA that I think is on Cee Lo's team (might have that wrong) that I thought was decent, there were others I liked more but I remember him cause he is on the news lol

I just started watching this year.. didn't see last season but I am def. rooting for team Adam cuz my fave is on that team (Pip) plus I LOVE Adam <3

I have been to loads of concerts but most are pretty cheap like $25.. I'd LOVE to see Maroon 5.. but their concerts are wicked expensive!! But I'd love to see them.. well, especially Adam and his hotness.

What do you all think of the last eppy? I find that I don't always agree with their decisions.. in fact I think I more often don't agree lol. Also.. it looks like the other judges already have 3 or 4 battles done and Adam only has two.. hopefully they will give him more air time next ep. I wanna see his contestant, Pip. He is my fave

Also.. don't know if anyone knows this.. but the girl Juliet Simms who beat out another girl the other day.. she is the lead singer of the band Automatic Loveletter. I recognized her name cuz I've seen them at Warped Tour.. I googled her and indeed she was the singer of this band.. I didn't realize they allowed people on the show who already have records out? =/ Then again this is my first season watching..

the winner last season had multiple albums out prior to The Voice, so it isn't new.

I usually agree with their choices, every once in a while it doesn't go the way I want it to go but usually it does. Last night was very bland though gotta say. It was obvious who the judges wanted to keep based on song choice and who went up against each other. I almost shut the show off as I started getting very bored with it, hopefully next week is better

I usually never agree with Blakes choices, but Christina/Adam/Cee Lo and I are usually on the same page. Sometimes its just really obvious who the judges will pick because they clearly have their favorites. I was just super glad Adam kept Kim and Cee Lo kept Juliet as those are probably my favorites.
