It's pretty simplistic.

Most of us have voted someone to oust them in an Online Reality Game.

All you do is state that you vote for the previous person who has posted and give a reason as to why.

Example:
John posts: Hello
Steven posts: I vote for John for introducing himself
Millar posts: I vote for Steven for putting the first vote
Andrea: I vote for Millar for having a double L in his name.
