This reward is very simple to understand: it's simply a double-vote. There are a couple rules on when you can use it though:

• The Pick-Em-Off Pop may first be used the roundafter it is acquired (in your case, Bryan, this means Round 12).
  
  
• The Pick-Em-Off Pop may be used up through the F5 Tribal Council. Once the F5 Tribal Council has passed, this reward will be deactivated.
  
  
• To use the Pick-Em-Off Pop, simply state that you're using it when you vote, and vote twice instead of once. You may use it to vote for the same person twice, or you may use it to vote for two different people at the same time.
