Welcome, everyone, to your very first challenge as the
Scrumdiddlyumptious Tribe! Alex voted out of the short-lived new
Hornswoggler Tribe at the last Tribal Council.
So let's get to that Challenge. I'm sure you're all eager to see this:
*holds up candy necklace*That's right, Individual Immunity is back! Want it? Here's how you'll get it: If you hadn't noticed, the room we are in is extremely hot. That's because we'll be making the ever popular (and sometimes painful)
Atomic Fireballs! Here at the Wonka factory, we make them so hot that they often literally catch on fire! For this challenge, you will be making these flaming Fireballs, but because you're vying for safety in the game, you'll be giving the dangerous Fireballs to your tribemates. If they're not paying attention, the Fireballs will explode! In order to win Immunity, you must throw the Fireballs at your tribemates and try to avoid letting the ones thrown at you explode.
Here's how the challenge will work:
Each one of you will find a thread with your name on it in the Challenge Forum. All nine of you will be competing in these nine threads.
There are three kinds of Fireballs you can make:
Yellow,
Red, and
Black. To make a Fireball, post the following in
someone else's thread:
- Quote :
- Makes a [color] Fireball.
What do the colors mean? Well, the colors come into play when you need to extinguish a Fireball. When a Fireball has been made in your thread,
you will have a certain amount of time to extinguish it, like this:
- Quote :
- Puts out [name]'s [color] Fireball.
Here's how much time you have to extinguish each type of Fireball:
Yellow: 90 minutes.
Red: 45 minutes.
Black: 15 minutes.
Now, for a couple points:
1. There is a limit to the amount of Fireballs you can make each hour on the clock (meaning, 9:00 - 9:59, 10:00 - 10:59, 1:00 - 1:59, etc).
Every hour during the challenge, you can make six Fireballs: 3 Yellow, 2 Red, and 1 Black.
2. There is no restriction on how to distribute your Fireballs. You may spread them out between six people, a couple people, or you can concentrate them all in one person's thread.
3. You may
NOT plant a Fireball in your own thread.
The person who has the least amount of exploded Fireballs in their thread will win individual Immunity for the upcoming Tribal Council. If there is a tie, the winner will be determined by the person who made the most Fireballs. If after that a tie still exists, a tiebreaker challenge will be held.
Oh, and here's something that will probably interest you:
there is an Elevator ride at stake. The person who is victimized the most (that is, the person who receives the most Fireballs, exploded or not) in this Immunity Challenge will earn a chance to ride in the Glass Elevator. Might make you think twice about who to throw those Fireballs at
Please wait ten minutes to allow me time to set up your threads. This Challenge will officially begin at 9:10pm EST. This challenge will end at
9:00pm EST tomorrow, July 6 (~24 hours).
Flamethrowers, ready? GO!
