| Welcome, Snozzwanger Tribe, to your very first Tribal Council. This is the place in the Factory where you will have to answer for your actions. This is the place where things you say, things you do, and things you eat may come back to bite you in the bum!
Here's how this will work. Each one of you is eligible to vote in this Tribal Council. You will be voting for one member of your Tribe to go home. They will no longer be able to compete for the chance to inherit this Factory, and each one of you will be one step closer to the prize. As mentioned before, you need to make your vote in your Journal where it says "Tribal Council Votes." Please include a reason. When all the votes are read, the person with the most votes will be asked to leave the Factory immediately.
But before we vote, a few questions that I'd like you to answer in this thread:
EVERYONE: This early in the game, what do you base your vote on?
Brant: It's no secret that you've been an integral part in the first two Immunity Challenges. What's your thought-process going into an Immunity Challenge?
Bryan: You were one of three people from Snozzwanger who didn't compete in this past Immunity Challenge. What happened?
Cam: Since we haven't had the chance to talk about this yet: choosing Tribes. First, why do you think that you were selected out of sixteen people to get what appeared to be a reward, and how did you select these tribemates?
Cournojo: This Tribe had the luxury of avoiding the first Tribal Council. What was life like around the Snozzwanger Tribe without having to worry about sending someone home?
Kenya: This early in the game, can you see roles developing within the Tribe, or is it too early for observations like that?
Pete: Snozzwanger dominated the first Immunity Challenge, and Hornswoggler dominated the second. What changed, and how does this Tribe adjust in order to avoid coming to Tribal Council two times in a row?
Sarah: You were the second to last person picked for your Tribe. Do you place much weight on the selection process? And if so, how does it affect the way you interact with your Tribe?
Travis: In a Tribe of eight people, do you find it easy or difficult to balance your time between your tribemates? Are you getting the chance to get to know each other?
Alright, let's begin the voting. Please make your vote in your Journal in the "Tribal Council Votes" thread. You will have until 8:00pm EST on Monday, June 14th to place your votes. Results will not be posted until then, so feel free to change your vote at any time before then if you feel the need.

| EVERYONE: Who can help the tribe WINS must stay, the person who cant must go. That simple Cournojo: This Tribe had the luxury of avoiding the first Tribal Council. What was life like around the Snozzwanger Tribe without having to worry about sending someone home?
Well, for my part, I didn't have the chance to talk with everyone, so it was pretty calm around camp. So to answer your question, life was good.

| Everyone
I'm basing my vote on who I've been able to talk to and get to know. Also, I believe that challenge participation is crucial. If you're not helping the tribe, you can pack your bags.
Cam
I think I was selected because Kyle probably didn't know too many people in this game. My strategy was to post something nice about him winning his reward. I figured he would probably pick the first person to congratulate him. And I was right.
I picked my tribe fairly randomly to be honest. I wanted a mix of people I knew, and didn't know. Alex ended up picking 3 people I really wanted on my tribe, Violet being one of them. I kind of hit it off with her from the start, but she was ripped away from me! So yeah, wanted a nice mix, and to get to know new people!

| EVERYONE: This early in the game, what do you base your vote on? This early in the game, we're all still getting to know one another. It's too early to make any big strategic moves. I'm basing my vote on whoever is showing they care about their Golden Ticket the least. If you have a Golden Ticket, you need to do something to show enthusiasm and prove that you want that lifetime supply of chocolate. If not, you're not getting anything out of this game from an enjoyment perspective, and you're not helping our tribe.
Brant: It's no secret that you've been an integral part in the first two Immunity Challenges. What's your thought-process going into an Immunity Challenge? My thought-process can be described in two words: chocolate addiction. That's what I care about, and when these challenges involve a lot of it, I go insane trying to win. Specifically I usually look over the challenge, see if anyone's doing any organization or planning on the board (like Cam did last time), and then just work as hard as I can until the deadline.

Getting rid of the weakest link, I mean it's really a no brainer strategy to start off a game.. why would you want to get rid of strong challenge players at the get go? You need those types of people around to get you further in the game.. you don't want to continue to come to TC every time because you were dumb and pulled a big brother strategy and took out all your strong players!
Kenya: This early in the game, can you see roles developing within the Tribe, or is it too early for observations like that?
I don't really see roles no.. but I do see that some people are doing more than others.. in the challenges and what not, but we've only had two challenges, it's really hard to tell if real life just keeps getting in the way or if they are just lazy lol, only time will really tell!

Inactivity.
Bryan: You were one of three people from Snozzwanger who didn't compete in this past Immunity Challenge. What happened?
It was just a busy weekend, and I couldn't be around. I helped in the first challenge though and am hoping it's not a problem.

| EVERYONE: This early in the game, what do you base your vote on? If you ain't active, then you better start packing!!! Travis: In a Tribe of eight people, do you find it easy or difficult to balance your time between your tribemates? Are you getting the chance to get to know each other? Well it is still early in the game, but I am trying to get to know everyone, but I do think I am in tortoise mode right now. I am usually WAY more social than I have been so far, but I had guests in town this weekend, so I don't feel super bad I do like our tribe though! | |

Well there are many things to consider this early in the game, one is who is active and who isn't, plus, who is doing the best in the challenges and who aren't.
Pete: Snozzwanger dominated the first Immunity Challenge, and Hornswoggler dominated the second. What changed, and how does this Tribe adjust in order to avoid coming to Tribal Council two times in a row?
Well I think what happened was this weekend was just a bad weekend for a lot of people on this tribe and not so much for the other tribe. As long as that doesn't happen again then I think we have a shot at turning things around.
