Sleep Hangovers

Does anyone else get these? I mean, first, I should ask if anyone has trouble with sleeping faaar too long. If so, do you get sleep hangovers? Ya know, where because you've been asleep so long without food or water or activity that your body aches and your head hurts...?

Cuz I have one...which is funny cuz I've never had a real hangover.

I do get those...usually when I go into hibernation Monday mornings.

I totally know what you mean.. it's so annoying.. I hate waking up feeling that way it just makes me want to throw up
