My cat is the cutest

I was wearing this blanket earlier, and threw it on the chair because I was getting too hot. I look over later and see my cat curled up on it. SO CUTE!!

I want a cat sooo bad.

Ahahaha, my cat ALWAYS curls up on my blankets XD It was cute at first, but now he thinks every blanket in the house is his.



Notice his naked stomach? We have cat-OCD to thank for that. Caesar is a germaphobe (note; FireFox says 'germaphobe' isn't a word, and suggests that I meant 'hermaphrodite' )

Yeah blanket curling up on is cute, but Swift sheds like crazy, so it's fun getting the hair out.

Probably because germaphobia/germophobia is a word made up by the general public.

But Caesar actually is a germaphobe, ahaha. See, we have a furnace room, that Caesar claimed as his own, and his litter box was in there. But then, my brother somehow went broke, and had to move back home, into the furnace room. So, we moved the litter box out to another room, where his food dish was.

Then he went crazy.

He started getting SO clean, since his food was right next to his litter. He overcleaned himself so much that he ended up licking all the hair right off of his stomach.

My brother moved back out, and the litter box was put back to the furnace room, but now it's just habit. We have to spray special stuff on his stomach to make him stop, but it doesn't help much.

((That was the explanation our vet gave, at least. I'm no cat psychologist, ahaha))

ahaha, my cat's always been exceptionally clean. Another theory of the vet's is that since Caesar was abandoned right after he was born, he had to learn to groom himself at a very young age, since he didn't have a mom to do it for him. So the sudden change of litter box location was just a breaking point, and made everything worse.

Seriously, Caesar has MAJOR mommy-issues. He likes to cuddle up on my legs and suck on my toes, and the vet claims he's pretending to be fed by his mom >.> He also FREAKS out if someone opens a door or window, and he's in the same room, since he's convinced we're throwing him out and he'll be stuck outside again. And, if we give him all of his food in the morning, if we're going to be gone all day (we usually give him three meals), then when we come home, most of it is still there. But when we're home, he eats his food SO fast, that he often throws it back up. Apparently he's rationing his food when we leave, since he thinks he was abandoned.

I'm amused that the vet keeps trying to psychoanalyze him

My cat does that eating habit too. He'll eat a ton if you are near him or watching him eat. He looks over his shoulder to make sure you're still watching him. It's annoying and hilarious.

ahahaha, Caesar does that, but only because he tries to eat so fast, and then claim we didn't give him enough. He tries to eat it all while we're still standing by his bowl. And when we ignore him (he's on a diet, hence the three portions a day), he just starts licking his bowl, and crying. Caesar is extreeeemely loud when he meows. My room is in the basement, and I've been woken up at night from him meowing upstairs. He's so annoying, lol

My favourite quirk of his though is when he gets his treats. Each night, he gets three treats. He LOVES when we throw them down the stairs, and he gets to catch them (he acts like a dog most of the time. Fetch with toy mice is his favourite game). This doesn't work any more, but after we did that for about a year, he started acting as if we didn't throw any treats. We'd toss it, and he'd glance around, nonchalant, then look back at us, waiting for the next one. We used to think "Poor Caesar. He's too stupid to even find them!" so we'd toss one to make up for that one. But, as soon as we sealed up his treat bag, he immediately went for all the ones he "didn't see". He was actually conning us into giving him extra treats.

I generally explain my cat's quirks with this:

ahahaha, Caesar doesn't even feel like a cat. He has SUCH a distinguished personality and attitude. With all of his meowing, my whole family can basically understand what he's saying by now too. He doesn't just say "meow". His meows differ so much, that my mom even has conversations with him, ahahaha. It cracks me and my sister up. Caesar will meow, you'll hear my mom being like "You've already had dinner!" then you hear a louder, angrier sounding meow, and she'd be like "Yes you did, you little liar!" Then he'd do a deep, half-meow, and walk away, ignoring everyone for the rest of the night.

Like, I swear he's animagus, from Harry Potter, ahahahaha. Caesar is so easy to communicate with, and understand, and he acts so human sometimes.

So basically, they must have just assumed you meant to hit the H which is right next to the G, and then after seeing some of the word said "okay, we get the point, you meant this." Lol.

I love my kitty sooo much she's amazing <3 and she sure has a personality. Every since I got her.. just as a little baby.. she would not eat or go to the bathroom when i wasn't home.. the reason I know this is when I'd get home she would look like she just woke up, I'd go in my room and she'd eat and take a shit lol. It was so weird.. and even to this day she does the same thing lol, and now she's pregnant.. so I'm hoping it means she'll wait till I'm home to have her babies!

I was looking this up the other day and the proper plural of penis is penes based on Latin. It just does not look right though so I will be grammatically incorrect and say penises because that just sounds better.
