I'm wearing my pajamas inside out tonight...

I want a freakin snow day. Look at what it looked like a couple hours ago (it's supposed to keep snowing all night):

tomorrow there is supposed to be a storm here. My little sister is gonna have an early release day due to the storm

All NYC schools are closed tomorrow, and my office got me a hotel room up the block from work in case I can't get home after my shift.

Whaaa? NYC needs to nut up.

Well this is the first time they've done it in like 10 years. It only ever happened twice when I was in school. Once it was for a hurricane that never came though.

They cancelled all school in my state today. It's been snowing for 2 hours and nothing is on the ground,

Snow is in the forecast for North Texas (dallas).... However, The day after it is supposed to snow, the temps will be back in the 50's... so no accumulation here......

I bet we just get a bunch of Ice.

All of North Texas will close if that happens. Schools, buisness's, you name it. lol

Screw Kent State, man. They closed EVERY branch campus, but the main campus, which people generally have to travel further to get to, is open. This is what it looks like outside:

There is so little snow here it's hilarious. Bloomberg must be so embarrassed.

The irony of living in a snow belt: we get waaay more snow than most places, but because we do, we're used to it, so we need like...four feet of snow to even be considered for a snow day...

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I am tired of snow days! I had one last Friday, then Monday-Wednesday, and will probably have another one tomorrow! Baltimore City Schools have been closed all week. I would not mind the snow days if I could actually go do stuff, but right now the public is BANNED from going out on the streets because of the crazy blizzard. And even if we weren't banned I'm smart enough not to go out during white out conditions.



This is a pic of the Friday/Saturday storm taken on Sunday. Lots of fallen trees on cars. The city never actually got around to plowing my entire neighborhood, so a lot of people just shoveled the streets so they could get to work. It's crazy, we normally get about 11 inches of snow each winter, and we're around 65 inches, so yeah Baltimore is not used to this kind of snow at all.

My classes were cancelled today! And we got like no snow.... epic meteorologist fail

Yeah, it wound up being the same here, they were trying to write it off all day by making it seem SOOOO DANGEROUS but really it was nothing. Of course now tomorrow is supposed to be as bad as today was originally supposed to be, but they're not closing anything because they don't want to look like fools again.

I find all of this highly amusing.

Dallas Texas ... RIGHT NOW..... It's been coming down steady big ass snow flakes all morning.

Im going to go across that field in a few mins and take a pic of my apartment building in the snow. lol

Snow in TX? The world is coming to an end. And does that leaf have a face? It's creepin me out.
