| Spoilers (just Casting, not placings) listed below. Apparently Blood Vs. Water is gonna be, as everyone knows, returning people (ugh, AGAIN) but, with their family members? The only positive side to this, is, if the rumors are correct.....I'm very excited about seeing some of these people again. Either because I like them, or they deserve it. I really don't like all these gimmicks at all. But, again, I do really like some of these returning players.....so that makes up for it a bit. Those of them who have played before, I am not sick of except for maybe one, and the rest all have some compelling reason to return. I'm mildly impressed. If this is to be the cast, thoughts, anyone? Tina Wesson & her daughter Katie Aras Baskauskas & his brother Vytas Gervase Peterson & his niece Marissa Laura Morett & her daughter Ciera Tyson Apostol & his girlfriend Rachel Candice Woodcock & her husband John Rupert Boneham & his wife Laura Kat Edorsson & her boyfriend Hayden Moss, winner of BB 12 Monica Culpepper & her husband Brad Colton Cumbie & his boyfriend Caleb

| I saw this cast list and I gotta say, they have 26 seasons of castaways that would be amazing to see come back and those are the 10 they chose?
I really cannot stand the fact that both RC and Colton are on this season. Almost makes me not want to even consider watching the show. Colton has to be the most despicable person they have ever cast on this show. He wasn't entertaining at all, he was uncomfortable to watch cause of how close-minded he was. That really ticks me off to as a gay guy trying to be treated as an equal and seeing someone like Colton treat Bill with such disrespect. Absolutely terrible casting. Oh and RC has the most obnoxious laugh ever
With that said, I am excited to see that Gervase is back FINALLY! He should have been back LONG before now. I also am excited to see Aras, Tina and Kat. Aras I think played a great game in Season 12 and I totally expect he will do the same here. I am currently rewatching Australia and she is becoming a favorite for me because she knows how to play the game really well. Hope she does better than she did in All Stars. Kat is just funny, but seems like a good person, I like her
Rupert needs to be banned from being on Survivor ever again. I am kinda hoping to see his wife go first and he have a complete break down in the second episode and get voted out second. I'm terrible I know lol, I liked him in Pearl Islands but other than that I cannot stand him.
The others I am indifferent about to be honest.

| I'm mostly with you Pete, except I would like to see R.C. again. I thought she was a pretty good player, and wouldn't mind seeing her play. I entirely agree with Colton. He's a pain in the ass (I'm being extremely nice, here) and it's a shame he's back at all. I'd wager its again, Jeff friggin' Probst picking people he thinks'll be arguementative or dramatic.
I love Tina, Aras, and Gervase....completely love them, hope they'll do well. I am impressed they finally are picking some of these female contestants who, in my opinion, did well (R.C., Laura, Monica) to have them return. And Kat, in her season I kept wanting to dislike Kat, but I couldn't help but end up liking her. Tyson's been back before, but I am relatively neutral on him.
Rupert is the person specifically I meant in saying that "except for maybe one" as Rupert needs to just go away, already. But, considering I didn't like Caramoan very much at all, and this new casting system of returning people seems to be the norm -.-, I'm at least happy for some of these returnees.

| Tina, Aras and Gervase are definitely the 3 I am most looking forward to, easily.
I do have to say that Rob C was rumored to be on the cast but that isn't happening unfortunately. He is someone I would really like to see back.
Another person I really wanna see come back is Rodger & Elisabeth from Australia. Don't see it ever happening but I really want them on again.
Kelly Goldsmith and Teresa Cooper as well from Africa.
There are too many people that need to be given a second shot that those that are getting their 3rd or 4th shot (Rupert and Tyson specifically though Tina does fit here unfortunately as well) should not be getting another shot over them.
As for RC, I didn't think she was a good player at all. The reason I feel she was such a bad player is that she is similar to Francesca. She played way too agressive way to quickly and was very transparent while doing it, which essentially alienated her from the other players. Had she reeled her paranoia in a little I think she could be a great player. She definitely could be a great player this time around, it'll be interesting to see though I just don't expect her to last long. I think Colton has a much better chance at lasting then she does.

| Tina Wesson & her daughter Katie: this should be interesting! tina was always a smart player and it will be nice to have an old school survivor back. Aras Baskauskas & his brother Vytas- excited for this. Aras is hot. Wonder if Vytas is lolol. Gervase Peterson & his niece- aw I liked Gervase! Again, glad to have an old school survivor back! R.C. Saint-Amour & her father Craig- eh I could think of better people but maybe she will add some drama.. who knows? Laura Morett & her daughter Ciera- I literally had to google her name to remember who she was. Seriously? I hardly remember her.. what did she do again? anyone refresh my memory? Tyson Apostol & his girlfriend Rachel- not a fan of Tyson.. we'll see how this goes. Rupert Boneham & his wife Laura- Rupert has been on a bit too many times for my liking.. I loved him his first season but then he started to get annoying.. maybe I will change my mind though. Kat Edorsson & her boyfriend Hayden Moss, winner of BB 12- I am very excited for this!! Kat was such a dumb blonde but that's what made her awesome to watch lol. and I had no clue she was dating Hayden.. AWWW so cute. Wasn't a huge fan of Hayden on BB (was neutral on him) but he should def be fun to watch on Survivor! Monica Culpepper & her husband Brad: this should be interesting! Colton Cumbie & his boyfriend Caleb- um. EW. Times infinity. Colton was REVOLTING. I ADORE gay guys but they picked the wrong one. What about Brandon from Survivor Africa, Todd from Survivor China or Charlie from Survivor Gabon? | |

| Well, it does seem there might be a casting change. Unfortunately, it doesn't look to be someone anyone absolutely hated with a vengeance, looks like they will all still be playing But instead of R.C. Saint-Amor and her father, it would be Candice Woodcock (of Cook Islands & Heroes Vs. Villains) and her doctor husband, John. Now I thought R.C. got somewhat screwed over on Philippines, but she can be blamed too. If she'd played a better game, she might have lasted longer. Candice, I'm reasonably neutral on......I mean, she is a good player, but I am somewhat surprised that she'd be brought back a third time. I liked her better on Cook Islands than on Heroes Vs. Villains. So I don't know what she might bring / not bring to the table, with her husband a third time out. | |

| I hope this cast is wrong lol, I know at this point there is very little chance it is but I hate this cast. Also, hopefully RC is out, never wanna have to hear her again, she is annoying.
I'm not sure Candice is worth bringing back, especially when there are many other women who have never returned that definitely deserve to return

| I can't entirely disagree, Pete. I mean I don't know if I'd say I hate this cast. But I hate how returning players keep coming back and moreover, returning players I don't believe deserve 2nd or 3rd or 4th chances, keep coming back. But I would like to see Gervase again, Tina again even though she's played before more than once, Aras too. But we've seen too much of Rupert. Candice doesn't deserve to be seen again, I'm not too sure Tyson does either. Most of the ones who are returning for only their 2nd time, are anywhere from OK, not great, to reprehensible and very easy to hate.
So I suppose we'll all see how it goes. I'm skeptical as I have been for some time about Survivor.

| I hear you Niki, me TOO! Apparently as Survivor: One World didn't go over so well, the last season with all new people, stupid Probst figures they need to keep bringing people back every season.
All I can I say is, at least there are a few returning players this upcoming season I wouldn't mind seeing again.

| Colton for the win!? Yikes I HOPE not. This season has at the very least, more potential than last season. So Colton had better not do extremely well..... x.x Marissa got sent to RI, but she was a victim of circumstance. There's literally hundreds of people who've played Survivor, and became a victim of circumstance. We'll see how it all shakes out......... | |

| I have a feeling that either Colton is going to go quickly, or go very far. Don't really see him making mid-game and then going. Will be interesting I guess, though I cannot stand him, and hope he's gone asap | |

| Thought the first episode was very good indeed. A very marked improvement over last season. Am not a fan of RI, but can see that with this season's twist it could actualy be much more interesting than what we saw in RI & SP. Hoping for more of the same. Vytas was very good indeed. Liking him & Aras is always cool. Like to see Tina do well once again also. | |

| Second eppy was good,Awesome to see Rupert getting his marching orders,he's played one too many times for my liking. My boy Colton is not covering himself in glory at the moment,Could be the first boot but who knows.I'm liking Aras brother seems to have a good head on his shoulders and in a good spot..I'm getting the show 6 or 7 hours after the us, Prime time over here which is awesome.. | |

| Yes, Rupert is gone and playing 4 times, I believe is just too many. Boston Rob played four times too, of course he won his season. Regardless, Rupert's wife is luckier than I don't know what. She's on a tribe who is winning, and she's not a threat because her loved one is out of the game.
It's still a bit too early to really try and predict much, but I still like Aras, Tina...Gervase isn't quite as likeable as he was in his first season. At least of what we've seen of him. Maybe Colton will quit and spare us all his presence for the rest of the season?

| I agree with KIWI on Aras' brother being very well positioned at this point. But as we all know all it takes is one swap and it all goes out the window. I def am liking this season A LOT though. There is so many different levels on which to think as far as strategical boots. Brilliant idea by the producers in my opinion.
On a side note.....How Aaron from China has never been invited back is beyond me, he almost seemed to have the game locked up with like 12 people left until the worst survivor twist in history occurred. No player ever got the shaft harder than Aaron, except maybe Todd, but in a different kinda way =)
