am I the only one getting bored this season lol. I mean there are plenty of singers I like but then I'm just not truly excited about any of them. I'll stick with it, hopefully it gets better

I do like Pip as well, glad he made it. Wish Erin hadn't made it though, but I don't like the brothers either so that round was annoying lol

alright so I just canceled my DVR recording of this series. I don't really care for anyone this makes 3 weeks that I have been bored. They are letting through the same type of singers through this season that they did last season. I just would rather take my time and watch something else. No one who was picked tonight was good, usually preferred the other person every time but once.

I didn't see last season so it's not boring for me but have been dissapointed at certain singers who have gotten through... but I love Pip, Rae Lynn, Juliette and a couple others so look forward to seeing how well they do. And Adam Levine is an eyegasm, so I'd probably watch him drip paint down a wall (or better yet, his body..)

Anyway.. as far as tonight I was glad the dude from Boston made it.. he's not the best singer (but the guy he was against sucked).. but I had to root for him cuz he's from my home state

he was the only one that made it that I rooted for last night - the guy from Boston.

Blake had a girl that sounded just like Dia and Xenia from last season but she was no where as good as those 2 and he picked her over Jordan Ranger who actually sounded good. It was after this performance I shut it off. It was just the last straw, I don't see anyone from this season having any success tbh

I wanted Jordan to win over that chick too.

The worst person IMO who has made it so far this year is that Erin chick. She sounds like a dying frog on coke and acted like a complete bitch too.

yeah I saw the ads for him being on. I didn't watch cause I went to bed but yeah.

I still cannot believe Nai'a (sp?) made it over Jordan, she sucked. Christina's pairing of the rap artist and country duo was horrendous as well, cannot believe she chose the rap artist. She is an idiot.

I'm just liking this show less and less. It is actually making me dislike Blake, Christina, Cee Lo and Adam cause of how stupid they are being and other than Christina I was a fan of the other 3 prior (bought Blake's 2nd album over 10 years ago).

I didnt know who Blake was til I started watching the show this year. And I only know one song by Cee Lo.

Of course I knew Adam and Christina though.

Blake was one of those artist that just had minor success in Country music until the last 2 years. I'm happy for him cause I've always liked him, though his first single 'Austin' still remains one of his best songs ever.

I cannot believe that Chris guy is in the finals. Juliet is good from what I've heard. I stopped watching during the battle rounds but have followed along with results ever since. I think Tony has no prayer of winning. Forget who the last finalist is though lol

The other finalist is Jermaine.

Juliet is HANDS DOWN the best. If she doesn't win it would be a travesty.

Absolutely agree with you there Niki. I don't watch American Idol, but I DO watch this show. I was furious that frickin' Adam Levine saved that POS Tony over Katrina. Look at the numbers! If he'd givent hem even 50/50, Katrina would still be around. The Jermaine guy is alright, but if Juliet doesn't win, I think I have to give up on THIS show too.

Juliet was amazing last night even with pneumonia. She'd better win. I thought Chris did very well too but I think Juliet is the total package and much more marketable. I loved Cee Lo and Juliet's duet.. awesome!

I thought Chris Mann KILLED it last night, but I do agree that Juliet is a better winner because she seems more relevant. I don't think the other two stand a chance.

Weird, I thought I posted something but....guess not. Yeah I agree, Chris impressed the hell out of me, so it'd better be him or Juliet. Tony, for like the first time, wasn't too bad, but he's such a distant fourth. Jermaine is good. If he didn't have such stiff competition, he'd have been a shoe-in to win.

I think it SHOULD go:

4th Place ~ Tony, 3rd Place ~ Jermaine, 2nd Place ~ Chris, 1st Place ~ Juliet. Though really if Chris does win, that's fine with me.

Well, that's that. Again why I can't watch shows where America votes, because I almost never agree with them, LOL. Then again, I didn't vote except for Katrina earlier, so I can't complain I suppose.

It isn't that Jermaine didn't deserve it, but I thought Juliet should've won. Guess he didn't have as stiff of competition as I deemed them

I really think Juliet deserved to win. I think they all were good but she was the best and worked so hard for this.. I honestly think she would have won if she wasn't sick with pneumonia on performance night.

My ideal order would have been 1. Juliet, 2. Tony or Chris, 3. Tony or Chris, 4. Jermaine. I liked Tony better than Chris throughout the season but Chris did soo well in the finale that I think either of them could have gotten second. Honestly shocked Chris got last.. I thought he would win if Juliet didn't and thought for sure Jermaine would be last.. ah well just hope we hear more from Juliet soon.

And Henry, I totally understand your comment about America never agreeing with you.. it's the same with me.. I have watched every season of American Idol except the first season (so that's 10 seasons I've seen), 2 seasons of Rockstar, one season of some show about picking the next American band (don't remember it's name) and now one season of The Voice.. so that is FOURTEEN seasons of singing shows I have watched and how many times has my top favorite won? *drum roll*...

I cannot believe he won, I didn't like him in his audition. This is sad, so glad I stopped watching the show early on. Will probably skip it when season 3 premieres this fall

Yeah I feel your pain Niki. I think in order to watch 'these' kinds of shows, you have to look at it entirely as a load of crap, and a bunch of fun, and take it all with a grain of salt. The thing is, they spend week after week trying to convince you it's the exact opposite, and that it needs to be respected and treated like a real competition.

And while Adam and Blake (Hell, I'm from Oklahoma) are entertaining, they are by-the-numbers coaches. It's sad to see Cee-Lo, and Christina, who are risk takers and go more for the talent, never get a leg-up. Poor Juliet. Well, I better be hearing her on the radio or whatever, cause she's got buttloads of talent.

I'm late and admittedly didn't read any of the previous posts, but I am going to obnoxiously come in here and profess my undying love for Lindsey Pavao.

Also, controversial opinion alert: I never liked Chris Mann.

Also, I didn't watch the first season, because I thought I'd hate it, but then I watched the second season and surprisingly really [read: obsessively] enjoyed it.

Anyone watchin this season?

My fave is Cassadee Pope. <3 I have seen her in concert with her band and met her back in 2009. Such a nice girl with a great voice!! She needs to win!!
