THE AMAZING RACE POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

At the beginning of each leg I will announce the destinations. The object is to move the teams from the START LINE, through the destinations, and to the FINSIH LINE. The last team in each leg to reach the FINSIH LINE will be eliminated. The first team in each leg to reach the FINISH LINE will be safe the duration of the race and move onto the next phase of VOTER'S CHOICE.
In a single post, you may move ONE team from their current destination to the NEXT destination. Along the way, the teams may find some obstacles or bonuses:
[LOCKED DESTINATIONS]A team may also not move onto a LOCKED destination until the noted time when it UNLOCKS.
[FAST FORWARD]A team may only skip over destinations by using a FAST FORWARD. Only one FAST FORWARD may be claimed each leg of the race. A team may only use one FAST FORWARD throughout the duration of the entire race. A poster may also only assign one FAST FORWARD throughout the duration of the entire race. Instead of moving a team forward in a post, A FAST FORWARD may be assigned by a poster to a team who's at a destination with a FF Available. When it is assigned, you may move that team immediately to THE FINISH LINE, skipping over all locked/unlocked destinations.
[YIELD]Similar to the FAST FORWARD, the YIELD may only be claimed by ONE team each leg of the race. A team may also only use one YIELD throughout the duration of the entire race, but may have the YIELD used against them an unlimited amount of times. A poster may only assign one YIELD throughout the duration of the entire race, as well. Instead of moving a team forward in a post, A YIELD may be assigned by a poster to be used by any team who's at a destination with a YEILD Available. When a poster states who is using the YIELD, he must state which team is be YIELDED. This must be a team who has not yet reached the YIELD destination. The YIELD destination then becomes LOCKED for 4 hours to ONLY the YIELDED team.
[NON-ELIMINATION LEGS]
There may or may not be any pre-planned NON-ELIMINTION LEGS.
An example of a leg with 4 teams and 5 destinations is shown below, a few posts in. We'll assume no one has used their FF or YIELD this game.

Since it is 10:59PM PST on that post, unless the poster wants to use the FF they do not have a choice but to bring MIKE/CAROL foward as all other racers are awaiting the next destination to unlock in 51 minutes. Let's say it is now 2:51am PST the next day (Thurs Jun 17, 2010 2:51 am PST) and a few posts have passed.

AMY POSTER is worried for MIKE/CAROL and notices they are at a destination with a FF Available. AMY posts "MIKE/CAROL use their FF" and moves them to THE FINISH LINE. Immediately after, ADAM POSTER notices BOBBY/CINDY at a destination with a YIELD Available. At 1:00pm (PST) ADAM posts "BOBBY/CINDY use their YIELD on JAN/PETER." This destination now becomes LOCKED for only JAN/PETER for the next 4 hours and ADAM moves GREG/MARCIA up with his post. The board now looks like:
