My mom's in Budapest. So I sent her a Happy Mother's Day email.

I gave my mom a card, at my cousins graduation party.

We let my niece, who is 1 and was sitting in my lap, open the card. She got glitter in her hair. lol

Cutest thing I've heard in a while.

I got my mom some bowls she wanted.. as well as a card.. actually funny story I picked out the perfect card.. started to sign it and realized it said HAPPY BIRTHDAY so I was like FUCK I can't even return it now.. so I went and bought another card.. and figured I'd use the birthday one for her birthday which is luckily coming up soon! YAY!

I bought my mommy season four of Bones, a chocolate bar, and a card. I can't remember what it says exactly, but on the front, it says something like "Mom, I thought of you today, after I left my dirty clothes on the floor, before ruining my appetite, just to go blindly follow my friends to do something stupid." And then on the inside, it just says "God, I love being a grown-up. Happy Mother's day." I know, I know, not very "mother's day-esque", but I always buy funny cards, and I had given her all the other funny ones in the past. They need to start writing new ones.

You're singin' my tune DJ! I got a text at 9am from my mother that said she was disappointed I didn't call her yet. After we had brunch she was going on and on about how much she hates Mother's Day because she always gets her hopes up and then disappointed. Then we spent more of the day talking about why I should break up with my boyfriend. Actually, I agreed with her about that.

I got to share by birthday with Mother's Day this year!

My mom hates being acknowledged for holidays and birthdays, so I just called her and chatted. No special wishes though Just the way she'd prefer it!

Thanks for storming out of the room tonight like a three year old when I told you and Dad that I deleted Betty White on SNL. It's funny, because I'm not a psychic, and I recorded the episode for ME to watch, not you. So considering I'm not Miss Cleo, I had no idea that you wanted to watch it, or that you would whine and say that it was a shame for me to have deleted it.

Not to mention that half the time the programs I want to record, I can't because you have 5 shows you want to watch.

I guess you didn't like my impression of your whining, either.
