I have posted the second part of the challenge below as a reminder for how it works:
THE ATTACK ROUND (Wednesday night-Thursday night)
(The Attack round will begin once the hosts have posted the total defense points each tribe was able to accumulate. We will attempt when possible to keep score as you go, but if these results are not posted right at 10PM EST please be patient.)
WEAPON OF CHOICE:
For the Attack Round, you may arm yourself with one weapon. You may only use one weapon for the duration of the challenge. Each weapon has its own amount of damage points and posting restrictions. (See below)
The catch: Only 2 players may share the same weapon.
To declare which weapon you are choosing, start a new thread in your Tribe Forum entitled "Weapon of choice" and claim your weapon. You must claim a weapon here before you may use it to attack. This may be done during the Defense Round as well. Remember, only two players may choose the same weapon.
CATAPULT = 50 damage - can fire once per hour
WAR ELEPHANT = 30 damage - can attack every 30 minutes
HORSE ARCHER = 25 damage - can attack every 20 minutes
SAMURAI = 20 damage - can attack every 15 minutes
LEGION = 15 damage - can attack every 10 minutes
WAR CHARIOT = 10 damage - can attack once every 5 minutes
ATTACKING
Attacking is done similarly to building up your defenses. The hosts will post the total amount of Defense Points the other tribe was able to accumulate as a new thread in each tribe's forums entitled "Defense Points". To attack, simply reply to this thread with the following post:
"(You name) uses (Your weapon of choice). -(# of damage your weapon does) defense points. (# of defense points remaining) defense points remaining."
So for example, if I had chosen to use the War Elephant, and the opposing tribe had accumulated 1000 defense points, I would post, as a reply to the "Defense Points" thread,
"Zeus uses War Elephant. -30 defense points. 970 defense points remaining."
NOTE: Unlike building up your defenses you do not need to wait for 3 other players to post, you only need to wait as long as your Weapon Of Choice requires.
WINNING
The first tribe to completely destroy all of the other tribe's defenses will win.
If no tribe has completely destroyed the other tribe's defenses by Thursday, April 29th at 11pm EST, the tribe that gets the closest will win.
PHARAOH'S
The Pharaoh will be determined by the player who contributes the most to both parts of the challenge. This will be done by post count, actual damage done factoring in only in the case of a tie.
