Living??

I want to know how many of you, live ON YOUR OWN.... that doesnt mean at school in a dorm, or live with your parents..... I want to know how many of you actually live in the real world,... and arent living at home with your parents or at a school ....

For a brief second I was like "Yes, I like living".

I put no, because by your definition I'm not living in the real world.

But I'd like to point out that I live by myself, I don't rely on my parents for money, since they can't co-sign any of my loans, I work two jobs in order to pay for my things and for my housing, on top of taking five classes. The only thing keeping me from living in the real world is the sacrifice I make by being an RA so that I can afford a place to live.

And really, living in the dorms, and especially being an RA, is more "real life" than people living in houses have to deal with on a daily basis.

I live on my own and I LOVE IT!! It's so awesome to have your own space.. clean when you want to.. do things when you want to.. relax.. walk around naked if you want (not that I do.. but ya know if you are into that kinda thing). Everything stays where you put it.. it's just fricken awesome!

I live on my own in a small house. I thought I would be lonely when I first moved in because I've never not had a roommate/housemate, but I like being able to do whatever, whenever. I'm a bit of an organization freak so I can have everything just so without other people messing with it.

I am paranoid though that my house will catch on fire or something and nobody will be here to warn me and I will burn to death in my sleep.

Why thank you. I really do need to buy a fire extinguisher. I feel like there is probably some law somewhere that you should have one, or maybe that is smoke detectors.

I do have a smoke detector, some hot firemen woke me up one morning and after I realized they were not burglars or rapists I talked to them and they gave me a free one. That was totally worth getting up early on a Saturday for.
