What is wrong with people?

So my new issue of the day.. well it's not really an issue.. but basically my friend moved all the way from our hometown which is only 5 hours away to move in with me because her boyfriend broke her heart, so I thought I'd help her out.. plus getting here away from there was just a good idea.. it's been like just about 2 months now and since then her ex has realized his dumb mistake and wants her back.. so they are back together. NOW she's been talking about maybe moving back.. making up excuse after excuse of why she can't live here, when I know the truth, I over heard her talking to her boyfriend on the phone about how she'll just tell everyone she's moving back because she misses her mom.

All of this is such an eye roll to me. Like seriously.. this is so stupid.

She's like not actually saying to me she's decided to move back.. and untill she says I"m moving out. Then the 1 month notice doesn't start. She hasn't even told me. Plus I know that it's probably for March that she's planning to move out. BUT good luck with that. Because if she doesn't give me a months notice.. she's not getting her damage deposit back, I mean I know when I my suggested I do that, I thought why she's my friend? But I really get it now.

It just hurts me that she's not just telling me, I'd be fine with it if she'd tell me but it's like is she just waiting to see if she can find someone to help her move back or what? Because it's really rude, I could be out looking for a new room mate. I just don't understand.. like seriously.. I've been there for her.. I've given her soo much and for her to not even be honest with me in return.. I just want honesty, I think I deserve at least that GEEZ.

I'm not sure where to go about this.. any suggestions anyone?

For most situations, I'd say let people make their mistakes, but one of the exceptions is relationships where there is potential for abuse. Is that what happened? Because if so, you should be 100% straight with her. If not, then like I said: she's gotta make her own mistakes.

Doesn't mean you can't tell her that her disregard hurts. Feel free to speak your mind if someone is hurting you.

You make a good point, I'm just not sure what to say to her. It's like I want to say hey so when you moving or are you moving? Like wtf are you doing seriously.. are you retarded LOL I don't even know.. now it's like she's pretending EVERYTHING is good.. and acting all nice and shit and it's like um? Everything is NOT okay here.. I just don't know if it's my place to say anything or to just wait and see what happens.

If only there were some way to bring that up in conversation with her, without being direct about it. Alcohol?

But seriously if it's really bothering you, and it seems that it is, you should find a way to talk to her about it.

So today at work, I find out she's told one of the supervisors about it. Cuz the girl is like so has she put in her two weeks yet? I'm like excuse me? So she goes on and on about it and it's like okay now this is just pissing me off.. not even telling me but telling people we work with.. yeah like I"m not gonna find out *sigh* I don't even know anymore it's just frustrating. I do want to talk to her about it, I just haven't decided how I want to bring it up.
