| The longest I've gone veg is 100 days. I normally make a goal for myself. The first time I did it was a day, then a week, then a month, and then I did it for Lent a couple times, and finally I was like, "Screw Lent; I'll go 100 days." This time I have no goal. I think I'll probably keep it up until I get sick of it...which I don't really see happening any time soon. It just feels so good, and I'm not sure I could run as much if I were eating meat each day. | |
