I got my residents a sticker chart :] :] :]

I decided that I'm going to have a "Social Incentive" sticker chart. Basically they can gain stickers by attending meetings, going to programs, coming to community builder activities, attending Hall Council, etc.

I might do weekly awards, I'll definitely do monthly, and then the person at the end will get a nice gift card, probably for Best Buy or something else universally enjoyed by dudes.

I hope it works to get them to come to different places. Maybe I'll make it so that each month the prize is different so they know what they're working toward.

Any suggestions on how to make this AWESOME?
